Was treated rudely by Larry the sales manager during our visit when he told my husband he obviously doesn't know what he is talking about when my husband stated that the carfax report showed they have owned visit when he told my husband he obviously doesn't know what he is talking about when my husband stated that the carfax report showed they have owned this Tahoe since 12/16/11 and Larry said those reports are not always correct and in fact they have owned this vehicle for over 500 days. We were off in price by $500 and was told to go home and see if we could figure out how to come up with the $500. Called a couple of days later to agree to pay the $500 only to be told they will no longer honor the price I was quoted and at this time we don't even want your trade in anymore. Called Mr. Riechert and explained how poorly I was treated at his dealership and he called me back and treated me even worse. I was told that this is only a sale he losing and it is no big deal. I explained how the Ford dealer in Harvard offered us the same price for my trade in and he told me that it sounded like a good deal and I should go buy the Chevy Tahoe from the Ford dealer. He said being he is a Chevy dealer he sees no reason to take a 2011 Dodge Nitro in as trade. He said this is all my fault because I didn't agree to pay the additional $500 we were off in price while we were at his dealership and because we walked out (after being told to go home and figure out how to come up with the money), he no longer has to honor the agreement. My husband called him back to let him know we would be contacting the BBB and Chevrolet Corp to file a complaint against him and he responded he doesn't understand why we are so upset with his dealership. I have never tried to spend $30,000 and after even agreeing to their terms, been treated so badly by a dealership. Not once, not twice, but three different times. For a dealership that states over 60 years of great customer service and deals with you with honesty and integrity, we must have different definitions of those words because that is definitely not how I was treated at their dealership.
