The best auto purchasing experience I've had! I purchased a 2016 Camaro from Reichert Chevrolet Buick sales in Woodstock Illinois in June 2016. I have purchased quite a few new cars in my life bu I purchased a 2016 Camaro from Reichert Chevrolet Buick sales in Woodstock Illinois in June 2016. I have purchased quite a few new cars in my life but this was the most pleasant and easiest car I've bought. There was no pressure, dishonesty or untrustworthyness in the part of my salesman, Tom Ostrow, Dave, the manager or Jim the finance man. I feel like I got a very fair price on the vehicle I bought and for my trade. I would whole heartedly recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to buy a Chevy car, truck ,GMC, or Buick. You won't regret stopping by. No games, just honest car buying! More

Awful Customer Service Expierence Drove 9 hours after finding the perfect vehicle. The vehicle broke down on the test dirve in a snowstorm. After 3 hours of waiting they said they fixed the issue, go to take it for another test drive and before I get out of the parking lot still the same issue with brakes, and abs. The dealership did not earn my business. Even after we got back from being picked up from being stranded on the side of the road. The salesman went and started helping another customer. Didn't even acknowledge that they were going to work on fixing the issue. The customer service was extremely poor, and the vehicle was not in good mechanical working order. I would not recommend this dealership! More
Road Trip to Satisfaction! I found my 2015 Chevy Impala 2LT that I was looking for on cars.com and it was at Reichert Chevy Buick. I called them and the salesmen that I spoke wi I found my 2015 Chevy Impala 2LT that I was looking for on cars.com and it was at Reichert Chevy Buick. I called them and the salesmen that I spoke with was Tom Ostrow. He was very down to earth and also a no pressure salesmen. I told him the car that I was interested in and Tom did everything that I asked of him including sending me the Carfax. I drove over 300 miles to check it out and it was just as Tom described (Beautiful!) I have purchased many brand new cars. Chrysler, Ford and GM but this was by far the best experience I have had so far. I felt good about buying from the staff at Reichert and Dave Shortz was also great with arranging the delivery to my house in Michigan. I bought the car on Saturday and as promised, it was in my driveway on Wednesday when I came home from work. Thanks again Tom, Dave and Steve (for delivering). I hope to get back to Woodstock soon for a visit. My experience was great with "NO PRESSURE" and I would recommend Reichert to everyone that I know! More
They only sell junk!! Horrible experience!! Do NOT go Reichert Chevy Buick. They only sell junk!! On January 30, 2016 we traded in our great condition 2012 Dodge Ram for a Horrible experience!! Do NOT go Reichert Chevy Buick. They only sell junk!! On January 30, 2016 we traded in our great condition 2012 Dodge Ram for a problem-riddled 2010 Cadillac SRX that only had 55,000 miles. We drove four hours to Reichert Chevy Buick because we thought they had good reviews as a dealership and offered a good vehicle we liked. We read the Carfax on the 2010 Cadillac SRX and talked extensively with the sales associate, Tom, about the vehicle. When we arrived at Reichert, we test drove the car and initially heard a noise in the front driver’s side wheel area and Tom reassured us it was just a rack-in-pinion steering noise and that was completely normal. He told us not to worry about the noise. We trusted Reichert and trusted that they had serviced the vehicle and had checked it over thoroughly before selling it. Wrong!! Wrong!! Wrong!! We trusted Reichert and made the deal. After we drove the newly purchased 2010 Cadillac SRX four hours back home and only having the car for a week, two serious problems arose. The sway bar bushings are worn out and a new wheel barring is needed. So, our new-to-us 2010 Cadillac SRX is now costing us over $500 in repairs after just having the car since January 30th!?!? We called Reichert and spoke to the sales manager, Tony, about the issues and the only thing he offered was for us to drive another four hours back to Reichert Chevy Buick to have the problems fixed at their facility. Where is the customer service?? Where is the accountability?? Awful experience. Awful customer service. Reichert is exactly why car dealerships and car salesmen have a sleazy reputation. Do NOT go Reichert. They only sell junk!! More

But the staff and especially Tom, who helped me, were so courteous and knowledgeable that I immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. I knew that this was the right place to be and it didn't take long for me to see that I was making the right decision on my car. Every single step of the way, even after I was home with my new car, I felt 100% taken care of. I will definitely be coming back in a couple of years for my new lease. More

When I contacted Reichert Chevrolet Buick, the made an appoint with me and worked around my very odd work schedule also advised me of someone who would take care of me so I went in not feeling so green. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Ostrow one on one, who listened to what I was looking for and had offered all options on the cars i was looking for. After working with Tom to identify a vehicle that fit well into what i was looking for we decided to meet again the following Wednesday. Tom Came in to assist me with the purchase of my new 20016 Chevrolet Cruize LS and not only stayed when i was tardy to our appointment time but it was his day OFF! I appreciated his help from start to finish and was extremely happy with all interactions with everyone at the dealership, Cannot say enough good things bout Tom but he was great if you have a chance to make an appointment with him I would 11 out of 10 suggest to try to contact Mr. Ostrow!! More

We explained our situation and why we were looking for a new vehicle. Tom O our sales consultant immediately explained why our Chevy Equinox would be the perfect choice for our future. The process of buying was simple and explained in full detail. After the purchase, Tom O spent a great deal of time explaining all the fun and exciting technology and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect! It was truly a great experience and I am happy very happy with our vehicle. More
