Service personnel are first rate. The dealership's lack of assistance in a warranty claim was pathetic. The sales guy reached out to see how I was doing with my new car, and once I to The dealership's lack of assistance in a warranty claim was pathetic. The sales guy reached out to see how I was doing with my new car, and once I told him there were issues that were unresolved (without detail) he cut off contact. This experience (both the issues with my car and the handling of it) has soured me completely on this dealership, Chevrolet, and GM. Having owned 14 Chevrolet's - that should say everything. More
