From the beginning of looking for the truck I wanted to purchase through the time I drove home my new Silverado, my experience with Woodruff Chevrolet was the best I have ever had with any dealership!! They made sure I received all the rebates available and also gave me a fair price for my trade. Corey, in finance, was just as pleasant and made the process simple and quick. I highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase! No pressure and they make sure you get the best possible deal. I had been looking for a car for a while, and had a bad experience at a different dealership. I am not willing to give that much money to anyone if they make me feel uncomfortable in any way. Ashley recalled my internet appointment as soon as I walked into the service area and knew exactly what I had requested for service. I asked how long it would take and she explained that it would depend walked into the service area and knew exactly what I had requested for service. I asked how long it would take and she explained that it would depend on what they found with the braking system, but at least 1.5 hours. About 15 minutes later, she came to the waiting area and explained what was wrong with the car and that it would take about 2 hours. Price was expalined and at the conclusion, everything was exactly done as requested at the prices quoted. They are cheaper than other chevy dealerships and independent car service places I have visited. Very satisfied. Highly recommend them. One note: Their entire building is under renovation, so some slight inconveniences should be expeced until they are completed. More
