We were greeted by BJ as soon as we parked at Woodmen Nissan Pre Owned Parking lot and he immediately asked us what vehicle we were looking for. He was very attentive and listened to our needs. Traded in my Titan for a 2020 Dodge Ram with 52k miles. I didn't have it a week before an engine light came on. I brought it to them and they said I would need to take it to the Dodge dealer, and I did. I didn't have it a week before an engine light came on. I brought it to them and they said I would need to take it to the Dodge dealer, and I did. So 2 weeks I have owned this truck and it was in the shop for 5 days. I thought they would at least help with the diagnostic charge and no luck. I get it, but when I addressed it with the salesman, he referred me to the finance department to find out about the extended warranty I purchased. They sent me a copy and sure enough, nothing was covered under the warranty, either factory or under the extended. I called the salesman back and he instantly rejected the call. I left a message that Dodge wanted 900+ to fix it and asked him to speak with his manager and see if there was anything they could do to help. Never got a call back. I buy a lot of cars. This is not the treatment I expected. So on a car I purchased less than 2 weeks ago, they pretty much tossed me to the curb. I ended up paying for the repairs myself. What really ticks me off is that they just tossed me to the curb and the salesman rejected my call and never called me back. I get it is a used vehicle but a call back would have been appreciated and at least some help with the diagnostic charge would have been nice, but I was just blown off by the salesman and his superiors. That is awful customer service and it is not appreciated. I will never by another car there. Wham bam and thank you ma'am is the service I received. If they truly appreciated my business, they could have at least called me back after I asked for help, even if they would not offer any. But, I got a complete blow off. No thanks Woodman Nissan or Nissan as a whole. That is why I traded my Titan XD in. Nissan was zero help and the truck was under warranty. At least they gave me a good trade in on my Titan and that is the only good thing I can say about them. More
