I had a bad experience today that I wanted to share. I had been talking with Joe Holbeck in used car sales. I'm up in Denver and at 5 PM I called him to see if the car we had been discussing was ava I had been talking with Joe Holbeck in used car sales. I'm up in Denver and at 5 PM I called him to see if the car we had been discussing was available and if I could come and look at it. He said 'yes' so I told him I'd be down in an hour. As I pull off the exit, Joe calls to "be transparent and let me know" that someone else just walked in and was looking at the car. In the less than 10 minutes until I got the dealer, they had reached an agreement with the other party. I call xx, in that in 10-15 minutes someone walks in, test drives, and drops $30K on a car. I think Joe lied or was too stupid to hold the keys until I got there. Wasted close to 3 hours on my time. Neither the sales manager in used cars or new cars was interested in helping. 30 text messages, 8 emails, 4 phone calls to Woodman Nissan, Colorado Springs’ sales manager Tre’Von Kelsey from November 4th to today trying to get the promised fix to the two gouges on my liftgate rep Nissan, Colorado Springs’ sales manager Tre’Von Kelsey from November 4th to today trying to get the promised fix to the two gouges on my liftgate repaired on the Pathfinder I bought November 4th, 2024. Most of these communications to Tre’Von Kelsey have not been responded to, others were full of excuses and additional “promises” to get the fix on the calendar. I have reached out to other managers at Woodman Nissan, Colorado Springs, including the GM Rusty Lemmon. Again, no response. WOMEN beware! Would the men at Woodmen Nissan treat males this way? Note: The promised fix is EASY! LOW COST! And would take a minimal amount of time. Woodman Nissan is not to be trusted. Their words mean nothing (especially to women!). More
