Oil Change and Other Continuing Issue First, I visited Woodhouse LINCOLN, not Mazda. Second, the appointment was make for a routine oil change, which went fine. Third, Joshua (my service contact) is actually attempting to find a fix for a problem that has been plaguing my vehicle since I purchased it new in February of 2016. Both outside mirrors, passenger and driver's side, have a habit of rocking and making a clunking sound, both when the vehicle is first started and when it is shut off after being driven. This activity has never happened while the car is actively being driven, thankfully. This is the first visit where a staff person has actually made a commitment to continue seeking a solution to this problem. I am semi-hopeful that a fix can be found and delivered for my vehicle. My understanding is that Lincoln is aware of this same problem on the Navigator and has successfully addressed it. One would think this same situation could be employed on my MKX. More
