unresponsive I had an issue with a rust spot. I was told I would get an estimate/response in a few days. I called 2 weeks later, and was told they needed more ti I had an issue with a rust spot. I called a 3rd time - 2 weeks later - still no resolution. I do not recommend the body shop at Woodhouse. More

Poor Vehicle Inspection failed to find the problem I brought my 2008 Mazda 3 ( 75,614 miles) in for an oil change and new spark plugs on 4/23/2020. I also requested "Jake" have the mechanic look at th I brought my 2008 Mazda 3 ( 75,614 miles) in for an oil change and new spark plugs on 4/23/2020. I also requested "Jake" have the mechanic look at the rear coil-springs (specifically the passenger-rear) as I had been hearing noise that made me think something was wrong. All four shocks were replaced by Woodhouse Mazda on 4/23/2018 ( 63,246 miles). Upon receiving my vehicle back from Mazda, I was assured that an inspection had been done and the suspension was intact and normal. Today (4/24/2020) I decided to look for myself because the noise I was hearing made me continue to think something was wrong. Upon removal of the passenger rear wheel I found, upon simply looking, that the passenger rear coil-spring was broken near the bottom of the coil. I then removed the driver-rear wheel and inspected the driver-rear suspension and found the driver-rear coil-spring was also broken near the bottom of the spring. This is very frustrating. I am capable of changing my own oil and doing repairs on my vehicle but like many people, lack the time to do it. So I have chosen to TRUST Woodhouse Mazda with my vehicle maintenance. When Mazda tells me they have inspected my vehicle and addressed my concern (noise coming from the rear coil-spring) I want to have trust and confidence in your work and that my vehicle will operate safely while being operated and occupied by my family. How can the technician say he did a vehicle inspection and specifically inspected the issue I brought to Mazda's attention when obviously this was NOT done. If I can simply look at the coil and see it is broken, then he should have seen it too, especially since I raised the concern and pointed you to the problem. My trust and confidence that Woodhouse Mazda has performed adequate repair and inspection on my vehicle is extremely low. More
