First oil change They did a fine job of changing the oil and even asked if they could rotate the tires free of charge and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. Typical Dealership overcharging price structure Took my Mazda 6 in for Apple CarPlay upgrade. Upgrade works fine. My issue is with being charged a flat fee of 420 dollars. for parts and "labor" Took my Mazda 6 in for Apple CarPlay upgrade. Upgrade works fine. My issue is with being charged a flat fee of 420 dollars. for parts and "labor" It's $199 for the firmware / software install. Had no problem with that part. Labor charge: $200 plus....for a half hour install is xx. No adjustment made to labor cost on what was to take up to "2 hours". If you can find another shop to do this service, at a fair price...I highly recommend you do so!!! More
