Hit a pothole that bent my wheel and broke right front control arm. Though parts had an expected wait time of 2 months, Zach in service got my new wheel in a month early. Where do I begin...my suv needed body repair and my check engine light happened to turn on when my appointment was for the body repair. First it was unknown why my oil cap light came on, so they turned it of engine light happened to turn on when my appointment was for the body repair. First it was unknown why my oil cap light came on, so they turned it off, then my check engine light came on a week later so they ordered a new oil cap, then I get a call that there was damage underneath my car and was blamed on front end damage then two minutes later I get a call saying something different. So unprofessional and of course it’s not covered. Needless to say it’s 700 in damage and engine light is still on. Everyday the amount grew higher and higher with body repair and dash lights that came on.. More
