I only was in for an oil change and I noticed a small leak. I phoned them as soon as possible and they came and got my truck, took it back in to check it out and found that it was nothing serious, fix t leak. I bought a Gold star rated 2018 Ford F-150 from Woodhouse, took it in for my 1st oil change and they told me my back brakes on the truck was bad and needs to be replaced at my expense. No, I am not Woodhouse, took it in for my 1st oil change and they told me my back brakes on the truck was bad and needs to be replaced at my expense. No, I am not happy with the dealership. Them brakes should have been replaced when it was Gold star inspected before I even drove it off the lot when I bought it in the 1st place. I told the salesman when I looked at it the rotors on the back were rough and needed to be looked at. If this is not corrected by woodhouse I will never buy another vehicle off of them again. More
