Last July I purchased my wife's Ranger from Woodhouse, I couldn't stop telling people about the amazing experience this was! My wife was hospitalized at the time & they sent a driver to get my signature in couldn't stop telling people about the amazing experience this was! My wife was hospitalized at the time & they sent a driver to get my signature in Kansas City at the hospital so I never had to leave her side. All the paperwork was quick & flawless & completed online! The truck was delivered to my doorstep the very next week! Fast forward 10 months later, I'm ready for an upgrade & I know Woodhouse is the place to go! ...Max, my sales agent, laughed in my face! I told him what I wanted, what I was interested in & he was pretty much "nope, we're the best of the best, can't do it." I filled out the credit app, Ford Credit approved me within seconds & I have a 2023 being shipped to me( from a local dealership) I also might add, they're giving $5k more for my trade & the BRAND NEW truck is the SAME asking price as the 3 year old NE truck & has all the bells & whistles, but he couldn't budge on numbers, just offered to put me into an older vehicle & " thanked me for the opportunity". Crazy how one person can change ur whole perspective on a situation, isn't it? More
