Truck was “inspected” paid $40,000 in a check and after two weeks front end noises was told it didn’t do that two weeks ago. I'm from out of state and have had bad experiences at card dealerships, but I've been amazed at the great customer service I've been provided here. Mr. Coleman helped me buy a truck and he was never push card dealerships, but I've been amazed at the great customer service I've been provided here. Bought a used 2016 F150, drove home and next time I drove it I heard a noise. I got ahold of the salesman and explained after only 100 miles I heard a noise. I didn’t want them to fix it for free, they have a business to run I understand that, but they basically said too bad you bought it deal with it. I would have been very appreciative of them just taking a look and pointing me in the right direction what needed fixed. All they care is they got their money and deal is done. Also its been 3 weeks and they don’t even have the title from the previous owner. So I will be forced to drive with expired in-transits. More
