Beware if you don't have great credit before you waste your time here! We were looking at an older SUV as we didn't want to get in over our head with payments and the salesman was actually the guy who tra your time here! We were looking at an older SUV as we didn't want to get in over our head with payments and the salesman was actually the guy who traded in the vehicle we were looking at. He was super nice and helpful until he ran our credit and said he couldn't even deal with us since it was so horrible. He was rude and cocky on the call back once he realized we weren't going to make him any money. So I took my business elsewhere, got a better deal and a new vehicle. I will never recommend this place again nor give them my business. More
I purchased a new 2012 Explorer on Jan. 31, 2012. Within the first week, I had called the service dept. about the vehicle jerking when I accelerated from a stop & was told to "give it about a week". The pr the first week, I had called the service dept. about the vehicle jerking when I accelerated from a stop & was told to "give it about a week". The problem continued & with less than 500 miles on the vehicle, I was told it needed a new transmission. When I stated that I was very uncomfortable with the situation and would prefer a different vehicle, I was told that it would cost me $3000 to trade into another new Explorer which had a sticker price of $400 difference than the Explorer I had purchased. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that I "probably couldn't get to him". Woodhouse did pick the vehichle up (we live about 100 miles from Blair) & a Ford Fiesta was delivered for me to drive. More

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Woodhouse even though they are 2 1/2 hours away from us in Missouri. They have always treated us right, NEVER any hard sales, and have very good pricing. Our most recent they are 2 1/2 hours away from us in Missouri. They have always treated us right, NEVER any hard sales, and have very good pricing. Our most recent purchase was from the Woodhouse Ford location that just opened up a couple of months ago in Plattsmouth, NE. More
I emailed Woodhouse wanting to buy a Fusion or a Taurus. I started exchanging emails with Carl and things started slowly declining. First I said I wanted an automatic and for it to be not white. He showed I started exchanging emails with Carl and things started slowly declining. First I said I wanted an automatic and for it to be not white. He showed me two white cars anyways. I let that slide and found a car in the inventory myself I liked. He then said he would send it to finance and that we could work everything out before I headed "a country mile north" to Blair. Then it got bad fast. The finance department emailed me about a different car and that I had to come take a test drive before they would talk numbers. I then emailed Carl and said because I was getting different answers I wanted to think. I also mentioned that I was looking at Atchley Ford (they had a red one which Woodhouse did not) and that I would get back to him. I guess I must have upset Carl, because he sent me some nasty emails about how Woodhouse is the best and Atchley can't help me and only their finance department would be willing to work with the banks for me. I have dealt with buy here/pay here dealers that were less sleazy than this, and will never EVER buy a car from Woodhouse or any dealer that works with them. More
I had a very bad experience with the Chevy Dealer in Lincoln, NE. I went to Woodhouse on a recommendation from a friend. My friend bought his last F150 there, and his company buys all company trucks t Lincoln, NE. I went to Woodhouse on a recommendation from a friend. My friend bought his last F150 there, and his company buys all company trucks there. I did my research on prices, interest rates, trade-in value, etc. I presented the salesman with a clear picture of what I wanted. There was very little negotiating. After we agreed on the numbers, I was escorted back to the finance department. I had the pleasure of working with their Department Manager, Rod. Rod was very friendly and answered all of our questions. After the test drive, I was in and out in less than two hours! The Chevy Dealer in Lincoln kept me on the lot for nearly 8 hours! Coming from such a nightmare scenario in Lincoln to the folks at Woodhouse was a treat. I will buy my next vehicle in Blair, NE! More

Woodhouse uses deceptive sales tactics and outright lied to me. Stole my deposit after they changed the price on the car after giving it to them... Run run very fast from this dealership to me. We went to buy a truck from Woodhouse. WE have heard good things about this place, since it is the biggest ford dealership in the United States. WORST PLACE TO EVER BUY A VEHICLE!!!! The truck was a very goo things about this place, since it is the biggest ford dealership in the United States. WORST PLACE TO EVER BUY A VEHICLE!!!! The truck was a very good price, and very low miles. We asked the salesman if he could guarantee us that there were no major scratches or dents on the truck, he assured us that there were only two minor scratches on the passengar side. WE were okay with that, since I do body work for a living. The truck gets delivered on a Friday afternoon, as I was looking at the passengar side, the two doors were completely repainted (very bad paint job), they didn't even take off the necessary parts, such as the door handle! You could see runs of paint on the doors. They literally took a paint brush to touch up around the door handles! I don't understand how they have the guts to send a 2008 F150 to a body shop!!! The truck didn't even have a xxxx spare tire underneath!!! And they really sucked at cleaning the inside of the truck out! Overall the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership! More
