BEWARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I just purchased a 2015 Explorer from them & the experience was fine till the end and after I signed the papers. After I signed my Salesman Josh turne I just purchased a 2015 Explorer from them & the experience was fine till the end and after I signed the papers. After I signed my Salesman Josh turned totally rude. Not quiet sure why as I just made him money, but that's how they treat people. They have your money so know you are nothing to them. So what happened was i signed all paperwork & while i was i kept asking the finance guy if they were detailing my car so when I'm done that it will be all ready & he kept saying yes in sure your rep is but he paged him 4 times & he refused to answer. When i went outside to get my vehicle, I discovered that is was gased up but was still dirty inside & out. I waited till my sales rep cane back outside & when he did I asked him if they are going to detail my car & mind you my sales rep has yet to shake my hand yet on this car deal as i had to negotiate with the sales manager, but when i asked him about detailing, he stood there for a minute(looking like to wanted to fight me not saying a word) & then he walked away and as he walked away he said "you guys are gonna have to wait around here for 2 hours" and walked off. Now I'm not sure where he went he didn't say but after standing there for 15 minutes I was beside myself and told myself this was not worth it. I will just go have my car detailed & pay for it. No one desires to be treated like this! I had been dealing with Woodhouse since 2000 but this experience has ended my relationship with them forever. This just shows you what they feel about ur business. they feel like they will always get new customers so they treat you how they want. I will never buy from them again More
bait and swith....horrible horrible..unprofessional I was looking around at f150 for awhile when I found the exact truck I wanted. Had aftermarket wheels and tires. Very slick. I had the deal set which I was looking around at f150 for awhile when I found the exact truck I wanted. Had aftermarket wheels and tires. Very slick. I had the deal set which at this point everything had went well. They brought the truck to my house since I live out of state. Which was great since it was no cost at all. Then went all down hill. I got a phone call saying they were here with my truck as soon as I walk out my door I realize that it wasn't the truck I purchased. Come to find it was the truck but they took off the aftermarket rims and tires. I called the manager and he said that the salesman John Fisher sent me a picture of the wheels and tires but what he did was sent the old one showing me that they where brand new rims and tires on the truck for I was concerned that there was a scuff in the rim. He then state again that the aftermarket rims and tires were brand new. Yet the truck showed up with stock wheels and tires. The manager Casey admitted to taking them off. They told me I could go pick new ones at a local shop and they would cover the cost. I went to the local shop and was picking them out. Casey called and said if it was to much he would back out on the deal but wouldn't clarify what was to much. All said and done it came to 2,263 to fix their mistake which Casey then decline the deal. I have never worked with people this unprofessional in my life. I thought the bait and switch stories where horror stories of the past but woodhouse lived up to the names and screwed yet another customer. More

haven't seen better We wanted to look at a truck that wasn't at this local dealership so we called them at 5:00 pm and they had it there by 10:00 the next morning. We wan We wanted to look at a truck that wasn't at this local dealership so we called them at 5:00 pm and they had it there by 10:00 the next morning. We wanted some customized parts and they had them completed for us within 3 weeks. They called us before we went to pick it up so we didn't need to sit and wait while they did paperwork. Best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle. More
Will Never Shop There Again Inquired about a Ford Explorer that was part of Woodhouse's stock of vehicles that had been hail damaged by a recent storm. Despite the fact that the Inquired about a Ford Explorer that was part of Woodhouse's stock of vehicles that had been hail damaged by a recent storm. Despite the fact that they had the Explorer advertised on their website, the dealer's sales manager said they didn't think they could sell it because by management decision, every used car under $10K that had received hail damage was going to auction. That is all well and good, but (1) If you're going to take the car to auction, why continue to advertise it, and (2) Selling hail damaged vehicles at an additional discount could be an incentive to your customer. I was looking to buy the car for my son, and the sales manager said he'd check into it and call me back. I never heard from him again. In my business I consider a merchant who does not return your call to be a sign of poor manners. You can pretty well guess that if Woodhouse has no interest in selling me a vehicle listed at under $10K with hail damage that I have no interest in going to them next time we replace our main vehicles. You blow off the customer who wants to spend two or three thousand dollars for a car for one of his kids you loose a customer who was prepared to spend $40 or $50K for in next family vehicle. More simply put, you can go to xxxx, Woodhouse Ford. More
Poor Service We bought our 2014 Jeep in November. Have had so many problems with it that Chrysler has decided to buy it back. Woodhouse has done nothing for us a We bought our 2014 Jeep in November. Have had so many problems with it that Chrysler has decided to buy it back. Woodhouse has done nothing for us and we have pretty much had to handle the paperwork and make all the phone calls ourselves. We loved our salesperson but after dealing with the service center and the buy back person we will not be back once we get this issue taken care of. We have bought 4 vehicles in the last 5 years for a total of over $90,000 and would expect far better service then what we have received. For anyone thinking about going to Woodhouse do yourself a favor and go to another dealer. It takes them 30 minutes to get you into a vehicle but 3 or 4 months to fix any problems you may have. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
Woodhouse - Plattsmouth. In March we purchaced a Woodhouse - Plattsmouth. In March we purchaced a '98 Ford Ranger from the Plattsmouth dealership. It was traded in by a Woodhouse employee just Woodhouse - Plattsmouth. In March we purchaced a '98 Ford Ranger from the Plattsmouth dealership. It was traded in by a Woodhouse employee just an hour before we arrived. We looked it over, test drove it, and made a deal on it. Tires were shot so we replaced those right away. The dealership installed a stock radio a few days later and ordered dome light parts. (part of the deal...) We're good to go... With the 30 day temp dealer plate about to expire, we contacted the DMV about the registration. They hadn't recieved the paperwork from the dealership yet. Called Woodhouse who said there was a "mix-up" so the temp plate expired before the DMV received the paperwork. The truck sat in the driveway, unusable (legally) until the DMV had the paperwork to put togther the registration and allow us to plate the truck. Finally got that straightend out. Fast forward to October - Took the truck in for a routine oil change and check out. After 7 months and 6,000 miles - the majority were hiway miles- we're told all the brakes need to be replaced, about $600, flush and replace all fluids (a 60,000 - 100,000 mile routine, we're told) for another $200, and some seals here and there that need to be replaced. It's a used truck but I feel duped having to shell out close to $1K just a few months after we bought it. This shouldn't have been a surprise, anyway, as the inspection before we bought it should have alerted us to any upcoming problems... So... it is what it is. The reason we considered buying from Woodhouse is because Tincher sold and Woodhouse moved in. We bought from Tincher (who were wonderful) but gave the Woodhouse service department a shot. The service department has always been square with us so we felt good about shopping there. Wes from the service department has been great and is working to make things right but unfortunately, I'll probably eat most of the costs associated with the work. I feel slighted by the sales department and feel they were not up front with the condition of the vehicle and/or the inspection was done in a rush to make a sale. I've had to be pro-active to get things done that were part of the deal - even to get it plated. I've had good luck with Jeff Henry... Plattsmouth Woodhouse Service department - thumbs up. Sales dept... not so much. More
We drove 3 hrs to Woodhouse due to their reputation - paid maximum price for used vehicle due to promise of great running car "driven by the dealer selling car with no problems" - check engine light came paid maximum price for used vehicle due to promise of great running car "driven by the dealer selling car with no problems" - check engine light came on in less than100 miles - contacted dealer who said "nothing we can do, sorry" - took to mechanic who said the check engine light was probably turned off and then sold - we spent another $500 parts/labor. I'm sure they are fine selling new, but I would not recommend purchasing used! More
Beware if you don't have great credit before you waste your time here! We were looking at an older SUV as we didn't want to get in over our head with payments and the salesman was actually the guy who tra your time here! We were looking at an older SUV as we didn't want to get in over our head with payments and the salesman was actually the guy who traded in the vehicle we were looking at. He was super nice and helpful until he ran our credit and said he couldn't even deal with us since it was so horrible. He was rude and cocky on the call back once he realized we weren't going to make him any money. So I took my business elsewhere, got a better deal and a new vehicle. I will never recommend this place again nor give them my business. More
I purchased a new 2012 Explorer on Jan. 31, 2012. Within the first week, I had called the service dept. about the vehicle jerking when I accelerated from a stop & was told to "give it about a week". The pr the first week, I had called the service dept. about the vehicle jerking when I accelerated from a stop & was told to "give it about a week". The problem continued & with less than 500 miles on the vehicle, I was told it needed a new transmission. When I stated that I was very uncomfortable with the situation and would prefer a different vehicle, I was told that it would cost me $3000 to trade into another new Explorer which had a sticker price of $400 difference than the Explorer I had purchased. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that I "probably couldn't get to him". Woodhouse did pick the vehichle up (we live about 100 miles from Blair) & a Ford Fiesta was delivered for me to drive. More
