This is a horrible dealership. We bought a jeep from them and didn't like it from the start. They told us to try driving it to soften up the tires and the echo would go away. When it didn't they said bring it down and they would trade us out. Drove in and they tried trading for $4000 less than what we paid for the car because it now is a used vehicle. The finance manager just sat there and laughed at us. Horrible people. More

It beat the best deal I could get the other dealer to give me by over 2000$ and I spent 4 hours there!! Went in to pick my new truck up and Ben had it washed up and ready for me while I signed the papers in the business office. I was there less than an hour total. Great buying experience and I tell all my friends and family what great luck I had there! More

We satisfied enough to go back three weeks later and buy a second 2016 Explorer for my wife. That purchase we consummated over the phone in less than 10 minutes. Best Dealship Ever Love woodhouse! When I went to look at a truck there I was upset that my current vehicle had died past no return. I had seen this truck on their webpa Love woodhouse! When I went to look at a truck there I was upset that my current vehicle had died past no return. I had seen this truck on their webpage from the hail damage from 6 months back, so I found me a salesman who glady went out and retrieved it for me. Next thing I knew I was looking at what would be my new baby! OMG! Happy! My salesman told me all I needed to know about warranty with being new and hail dents. He let me hop in and drive off in it! We got hungry and decided to go out to lunch to think about it, um yes he said might as well take the truck! UM YES PLEASE! After lunch we chatted about the price and I left one fricken happy lady with a new truck. They washed it up, cleaned it out, and filled it with gas. Couple months ago: I noticed that the windshield was leaking some air about a month later from purchase. It was a replacement since the hail damage, guess what?! I called my salesman at woodhouse and they drove from Blair picked up my truck in Lincoln at work in the morning, then had it returned to me by the end of the day. I also said something was sounding wrong with my speaker and asked to look at it. BOOM! My tuck comes back with a perfectly sealed windshield and a new speaker. Price = $0. Today: I locked myself out of my truck, worrying about being late for work. I called the main board at woodhouse which directed me to my salesman asap and I was able to get my key code for the door! Saved by woodhouse! Seriously Woodhouse is a great place! More
