F150 diagnostics on old F150 + new F150 purchase After several problems with 3.5L Ecoboost over two plus years with 2013 F150, took the truck into Woodhouse in Blair for diagnosis to "finally" get to After several problems with 3.5L Ecoboost over two plus years with 2013 F150, took the truck into Woodhouse in Blair for diagnosis to "finally" get to bottom of issue. Diligence and perseverance resulted in finally knowing what was wrong, but faced rather expensive repairs, since "extended warranty" expired. Decided to look at trading in for a new one. Was helped very professionally by salesman (Ryan) and decided upon a new '16 F150 supercrew with trailer package & longer box -- another 3.5L Ecoboost too. Other departments entered picture including accessories & finance. Both were also helpful and courteous. Paperwork completed, I returned home with new pickup. Arrangements made by Woodhouse to come get truck for installation of agreed upon accessories. Very pleased with this dealership's professionalism and customer service. Service department doing diagnostics on old F150 succeeded where other dealerships failed and at best only put bandaid on problem but didn't solve. Our association with Woodhouse goes back over a decade and several vehicles. This time proved distance was not a deterrent. Good job, keep it up! More
