Ford Service Department on my F-150 I had an issue with my engine making a noise so I called the service department for me to come in and have them look at my 2018 F-150. Once I got ther I had an issue with my engine making a noise so I called the service department for me to come in and have them look at my 2018 F-150. Once I got there we popped the hood and Scott listened to the noise and new right away what the issue was. He told me that they could fix it but there was a some new way of fixing the issue coming from Ford in the next couple of weeks and that we should wait until then. The truck was not in any danger of being damaged if I kept driving it so I waited. I brought the truck back in and they gave me a loaner truck while they fixed it. The service department was fast on fixing my truck and I have had no issues since. More
