Crap customer service skills Honestly what can I say this place brags about being great customer service and that’s total lie and joke. My wife and I went and looked at truck 7 pm Honestly what can I say this place brags about being great customer service and that’s total lie and joke. My wife and I went and looked at truck 7 pm Thursday rolled up and saw first truck had more damage then they said 2nd was also told in email it one owner but after doing MY OWN CAR FAX CHECK because dealer denied me I found out it was two owner and loaner at dealership. I was also denied full tank gas even half tank of gas when it was empty and denied car wash. Was told get carwash coupon but that didn’t happen either. After all that I had pay and get new breaks after they lied about saying everything was good. If you want waist time money and have terrible experience then this is your place if not then I recommend maybe Edwards or xxxx even auto mart 150 did better I bet at least there you know what your buying. In January we purchased a new Explorer, and returned to the South location when we were in need of a F350. When trading in a vehicle at the Blair store, we were asked to sign a statement that if anything other than what was stated was wrong with the truck, we would pay out of pocket to repair it. Not a big deal as we knew it was a sound truck!! We agreed to purchase the vehicle online as we assumed the dealer, like in all other interactions with the Woodhouse family, would disclose any and all issues with the truck. That was not the case. We purchased the truck $55K. Went to pick it up, the paper work stated there were 2 keys, but they were not sure where our salesman (Mitchel Franzlubben) put it. Found out 2 weeks later "he doesn't know why the paperwork would have said that, there was no other key". There is a 3 inch gouge in the tailgate with a dent that was filled in with a paint pen. The sunroof was opened one time, and does not shut. And on top of that, the truck leaks diesel fuel all over. Upon calling with these issues, we were told by both the salesman and sales manager, "well our service department is booked until May 7th and you did buy a USED truck!!" Yes we did a 2017 F350 Lariat. $55,000 and a big "sorry about your luck" later, I am positive I will not be returning to Woodhose South and will be sure to spread the word to all our Ford owner friends!! Very disappointed in the service received!! More

Seriously, Ford can’t make an engine that won’t last longer than 75,000 miles? The service manager was nice on the phone and said I could leave it there for as long as I needed to. He called back a few days later and said that he was going to have it towed to impound if I didn’t move it in a couple of days. I hired a tow truck to get it the next day but he could not tow it because Woodhouse Ford has it blocked in. I called the service manager and the dealership location manager and they were both big jerks about it. No one offered any apologies to me or the tow truck driver. They were mad because I refused to pay the $4500 to have them fix it. Stay away! Go to McMullen Ford or Baxter Ford. They charged me $150-ish to tell me that I needed a motor. What I wanted to know was what was wrong with the motor. Duh! More
Poor communication with safety recall My wife and I leased 2 vehicles through woodhouse in Plattsmouth. Jason helped us through the process and was great on the day we leased the vehicles My wife and I leased 2 vehicles through woodhouse in Plattsmouth. Jason helped us through the process and was great on the day we leased the vehicles. He assured both me and my wife that if we need anything at all he would be there to help us out. However, I was never given any of his contact information after I signed on the dotted line. It took me an entire day just to figure out who leased our cars to us, because Jason is not on the Woodhouse Ford Plattsmouth website. Now that there is a recall on the F-150 I need his help, and he is nowhere to be found. I guess this is a typical car salesman that is nice when you are willing to spend money, but nowhere to be seen when you (the customer) has an issue. Ford has continued to disappoint both me and my wife. We had a Ford fiesta before and it was probably the most terrible/dangerous car that I have ever seen. To sum this up, if you want a typical car salesman relationship go to Woodhouse, but if you want a dealer that makes sure you are happy with the purchase (so you will lease another vehicle after your first lease is up) don't GO TO FORD!! Used Car Salesmen with the Woodhouse Name It's interesting that this particular dealership is able to have the Woodhouse name, especially when their actions reflect poorly on the entire Woodho It's interesting that this particular dealership is able to have the Woodhouse name, especially when their actions reflect poorly on the entire Woodhouse family. In one afternoon, all over the phone mind you, I conducted two purchases at two separate Woodhouse dealership. With Woodhouse Ford South, I spoke with Carl (sales rep) and Todd (finance manager). I explained to Todd how I wanted to set up the paperwork and what the final numbers were going to be ($77K). I hung up the phone, and called the Woodhouse Nissan in Millard. I spoke with the sales rep and the sales manager, and gave them the same parameters I gave the Plattsmouth location, but for a different vehicle ($46K). I called my bank and got two checks for the two different vehicles. The next day I drove up to Millard, signed some paperwork, and took them a check the very next day. Pretty easy and I more-or-less bought the vehicle over the phone without test driving it, or even seeing pictures. That is how much I trust the Woodhouse name. Off point, but since 2004 we have purchased 13 vehicles from Woodhouse. A year and a half ago we strayed and went to a different dealer, which was a big mistake...though looking back it, that dealer was much better than the Plattsmouth location. At any rate, I finished up with the Millard location and called down to the Plattsmouth location to let them know I had their check in hand. Speaking with Todd again, I reiterated a few of the details (and I could tell I was not getting very much of his attention now that the sale was more-or-less final), and he said he would call us Saturday morning to sign all of the paperwork. Saturday afternoon we called because we still hadn't heard from them and the paperwork was not even ready. Irritating yes, but not worthy of this scathing review. So I called down to the Plattsmouth location on Monday and this is where the situation really took a turn for the worse. Apparently Todd and Carl don't know how to communicate with one another, and Todd is seemingly way too busy to care about the details. The check was about $15K less than what the dealership wanted to accept, so I began an investigatory-style inquiry as to how the numbers could be that far off in just a matter of days. In the end, Todd and Carl said that I never spoke with them for more than a few seconds on the phone, and I certainly didn't come to a "trade difference" agreement for the vehicle we were trading in. In the end, in my opinion, these two gave us the old "used car salesman" technique. I came to a final agreement with them on the phone, and they put something different on the paperwork they had my wife sign. The good news, I still had not given them a check and no paperwork had been signed other than a simple sales order and the vehicle was coming from out-of-state. Once all of the dust settled and all riot acts had been read, my wife really wanted the vehicle so I had to go back to my bank for another $14K. That's right, the customer got fleeced by two "used car salesmen" bearing the Woodhouse name I trust so much. But it gets better. My wife and I went in this morning to sign the paperwork, and yes... Todd had got it wrong again. At that point, we told them to fix it and we would sign it the next day when we picked up the vehicle. A few hours later I got a call from Todd and he said we needed to come in and sign the new paperwork because of inventory (yadda yadda yadda just a bunch of more lies and misinformation). Because only one person needed to sign the new paperwork, I beat feet over to Woodhouse to sign the paperwork so my wife could get her new vehicle. Can you believe it, Carl still didn't have all of the paperwork in order and was wanting to add another $500 to the final price. When I told them that was not going to work for me, Todd stated that is they way they were doing it and I could fight with Ford to get my rebate. You can probably guess, I left the dealership without signing the paperwork. Of course, Carl immediately called and yelled at me for being difficult...stating this was all my fault and my wife's fault. He had the audacity to say that NO ONE at Woodhouse was to blame for any of the mistakes thus far (to include the paperwork they prepared themselves, which was wrong). I finally spoke with the overall Sales Manager, Dustin, and he gave a different story than Todd and Carl gave, so now I am wondering who to trust since all of them seem to have different stories every time I talk to them. Perhaps Dustin needs to hold morning meetings with his team and get on the same page for whatever misinformation they are going to give customers on that day so at least there is some consistency with their lies. Overall, I can't tell you how disappointing this has been and how much this Plattsmouth location has tarnished the Woodhouse reputation with me. In fact, I am beyond appalled. I can honestly say I will never do business with the Plattsmouth location, and this has made me not want to trust Woodhouse in the sense of feeling comfortable that I can buy a vehicle over the phone, and get that exact vehicle for the exact price we agreed upon. Shame on Dustin for having these two used car salesmen on his team. The three of them managed to break a trust that Woodhouse has had for the last 14-years. My wife really wanted that exact vehicle, so I begrudgingly signed the check from the bank. However, Woodhouse Ford South has lost a customer for life. As for the Woodhouse Family... I suggest you hold a training session at that location. Their use car salesmanship has tarnished your good name and, in the future, if I choose to do business with Woodhouse, I will do it in person and be apprehensive the entire time. That saddens me, it really does. I felt proud of the fact that I could call a sales rep, get the vehicle I want, and then pick it up the next day worry-free. I guess long gone are those days. More
