Purchased a 2017 F350. Truck was advertised as everything works. After the sale found numerous problems and dealer would not pay to fix. Before the sale the salesman ensure Truck was advertised as everything works. After the sale found numerous problems and dealer would not pay to fix. Before the sale the salesman ensured me that there were no issues with the truck and it was "super clean" . After the sale, attitude completely changed and told me "well... it is an older truck and they tend to develop these kinds of problems". Would not recommend this dealership. Will not purchase here again. More
Typical dealership that will sell you a vehicle and when there's an issue and they tell you they will get back to you no one ever does. I bought a truck there, got it delivered and had a check engine light there's an issue and they tell you they will get back to you no one ever does. I bought a truck there, got it delivered and had a check engine light on it. I let them know and of course all communications stopped because why care after you get the money right. So now I have to get the catalyst system checked out and repaired before I can even get an inspection done for plates. Not the kind of service I was expecting but then again what do you expect from a dealership. More

Turns out the dealership sold me the vehicle before they obtained title to it. My county motor vehicle department tells me that isn’t supposed to be done, at least not in Iowa, but maybe Nebraska is different. The sales manager says they’ll cover any tickets, but I’m a commercial driver. Any ticket affects my commercial drivers license and my employer’s Commercial Vehicle Safety Administration rating. I’m sure most people don’t have this issue because the title issue resolves before they’re even aware there could be a problem. In my case, there’s been a delay. More
I ordered a Bronco and communication throughout the waiting process was good. In the end I received the Bronco I wanted and couldn't be happier with the process from the Dealer's side.
