I had 2 previous new car purchases with Terry Cipkas, one of their 2 sales managers, and hoped to buy a '22 Custom 2500 listed online. As I stood at the counter waiting for a test drive, Terry Cipkas typed a bit, scanned his pc monitor, kept talking. After several minutes, he handed me a price-print out. I was to pay full sticker price. Ok. But the kicker? My 2018 F150 Fx4 Coyote loaded V8 .. WITH ONLY 8,920 MILES and in mint condition, was worth less than $32,000 !! And somehow, even at 7 years with fairly good credit, MY PAYMENTS WERE TO BE OVER $800. Virturally, a huge kick in the teeth, and about as disrespectful as you could get. Taking the high road, I thanked them, and walked away. IF THIS REVIEW WITH COMMENTS CAN HELP KEEP JUST ONE PERSON FROM HAVING TO GO THROUGH THIS, IT IS WELL WORTH MY EFFORTS. So,, after the terrible experience I had with the Dealers Of the new cars ( Traded a Lincoln & gave cash for remainder). Now I find NO Spare tire,, & the price of a Doughnut spare is OUT OF THIS WORLD CRAZY… Of the new cars ( Traded a Lincoln & gave cash for remainder). The repair-shop is a different environment,,, only place I will go for repairs. With Mike and the other young lady to meet you and listen are WONDERFULLY on the ball…. FIVE STARS in Repair shop.. Old school service and customer care that's hard to find They don't question what you say is wrong with your under warranty car. Professional and Responsive I was in the market for a new 2016 Chevy Silverado. I came across Huber Chevrolet doing an internet search of dealers within a 500 mile radius of me w I was in the market for a new 2016 Chevy Silverado. I came across Huber Chevrolet doing an internet search of dealers within a 500 mile radius of me with the trim level and options I was looking for. Huber actually had a few that were suitable matches. I called up and was connected with Greg Kraft, a Sales Coordinator. From the start Greg was very friendly and professional. We discussed a particular vehicle, the price shown on their website, and the process I was using to buy my new truck - especially since they were located 500 miles from me. Their pricing was great and straight forward. As it turned out, I didn't buy the truck from Greg and Huber Chevrolet. A deal closer to home came through. It wasn't quite as good as the one Greg and Huber Chevrolet had for me, but it was close enough that it trumped the effort and cost of traveling to get the truck. When I told Greg that, he was gracious and even offered to hl The reason I wrote this review is in my buying process, I dealt with and talked with several different dealers. Some were great, some were not so great. Greg Kraft and Huber were on top of the great list. I know the next time I'm looking for a new vehicle, I will look up Huber Chevrolet and Greg. More
