I dealt with Bev on 2 separate occasions. She is the best. She has excellent communication skills and on the 2nd occasion she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Ensuring that the correct people will be available to work on my car. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the difficulty of helping customers and making sure things are handled efficiently and professionally.
