Trust issues I took my 2013 Acadia in because it has stalled on June 5. The fuel pump had leaked according to the technician but they also recommended I have fron I took my 2013 Acadia in because it has stalled on June 5. The fuel pump had leaked according to the technician but they also recommended I have front and rear brakes put on which I agreed to. Once I picked it up from the service center the brakes did not feel different at all and, in fact, felt worse. Fast forward to last week when I almost rear ended someone because the brakes would not stop within 2 to 3 seconds of pressing and only going 30 miles an hour. Took it in and the technician said everything was fine that the brakes seemed fine to them. When I was leaving the service center it was apparent to me that new brakes had just been put on as it felt quite a bit more touchy. I feel someone over looked putting the brakes on the first time and instead of admitting that, told me that everything was fine. Rich Bentley always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. This review is in no way a reflection on him. More

Over a simple LED Bulb Over a simple LED bulb ( I called Sid Dillon, H&H and Greg Young) all agree that the bulb is not part of the head light assembly core. I was ask to leave and Woodhouse will not repair my pickup. We were also told to bring our pickup in for repair on Monday the 25th of June where at 4pm was still untouched, that would be one day of rental we would have to pay for if we had to rent and besides bring it in on this day is this day. Third and final is how I was Told my Insurance only allowed used parts? I called my agent to question, then I was told Woodhouse was being extra nice and paying the difference?. Casey told Annette later he would fix the truck for her not me, tell Casey Annette lost trust in him when he didn't start on the pickup as promised and after everything she had no trust. Ladies and Gentlemen hearing this from Annette's mouth, you done good burning her toast.. We are taking our pickup in to one of the most Wreckamended body shops by several friends and family. I was assured it will be repaired better than factory using all GM parts and Yes I get my LED bulb with no issues and no they do not have to eat the extra cost of the parts. Its funny, when Annette dropped off the truck at Woodhouse she was unhappy not having it, but relieved after a month to have it repaired. When she dropped it off at Wreckamended she called me up so excited knowing her pickup is in excellent hands. More

Great Experience This was my first visit to a GM dealership for service in the 60 years I've been driving. I was impressed with the service team. I had an appointment and they started on time and they finished with in minutes of the completion time. Since I waited I with into they waiting area which I found to be neat and clean. I bring a book to read while I wait they provided area that was quiet. They also had vending machines and fresh baked cookies. What more can you ask for? More
