That said, every piece of information he did not know he went and found immediately. He was relentless in learning new information... especially with some of my non-standard questions. He never pressured the sale and gave me everything I wanted to know and then gave me almost a week to commit. In my opinion, that is the best type of salesman to have. Despite the lack of experience Marc has the heart and with a little experience and time on the floor all I can say is watch out managers. I intend to send all friends and colleagues that are interested in GM products to Marc and Plaza. I hate having payments again but I love my truck and my experience. Finally, Marc. Stay the way you are today. You are disarming, inquisitive, and determined to answer every question. Having purchased vehicles for a few decades it was a relief NOT to receive the 'Used Car Salesman' pitch. The whole "I'm gonna sell this guy a vehicle today" attitude. Sincerely.
