Great experience So we bought at used vehicle in March and unfortunately we had many problems with it. Thank goodness we bought a warranty! But after the 3 or maybe 4 things going wrong in the first 30 days I decided to go talk to Jim Jr. (GM of used cars). And explained my frustrations. I know they can't know exactly what they are getting when people trade in cars. These issues couldn't be detected on the diagnostic machine so they really didn't realize the problems this vehicle would have. He was so understanding and helped us get in a new GMC Acadia with a payment that was doable for our family! I really wasn't expecting that they would take our used car back. But Jim went above and beyond to help us out! We couldn't be happier with our purchase! And our original salesmen Gus took time to explain all the features on our new car. Which I will never get all of them figured out! This is our second vehicle we have purchased there and hope to do business there many more times!! Thank you Plaza for the great customer service! Gus was great to work with and Justin helped with the delivery on our new vehicle. Justin explained everything on our new vehicle and made sure I understood it before going on to something new.
