No hello no hey illiterate very rudely, we looked at him and said for the car and E-price is with you he literally in loud voice said YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! We where what ! Mario again if you get this price he will give me free fuel for whole year .!!!! And walked away as he owns Nissan, we asked the Sale associated who is he he told us this is the Manager and said sorry for his rude attitude but Manager Mario rapacz need to know how to behave with customers and well as females... And hope Mario read this because his free fuel he offered I wish I can come and ask for it but with manager like Mario I don’t even like to see his rude face for fuel !!!! ARLINGTON NISSAN did give me that E-price And I did the deal same day happy I did business with Arlington Nissan and not with woodfield Nissan were psychopathy Mario rapacz Manager works , very poor service from Mario if manager is rude what to expect from associated. Worst car dealership experience ever. I showed up, laid everything out on the table, and they came back with a price $150 a month over what we could afford. When i questioned the price they returned with a everything out on the table, and they came back with a price $150 a month over what we could afford. When i questioned the price they returned with a price only $60 above my bottom line on the same car and claimed they forgot to factor in our down payment. At that point i asked if they had another car that they could offer and they came back with a hard no. I asked if i could see on paper how they came to the total price and was denied there. The sales manager wouldn't take the time to listen to our needs and you could tell he did not want us as customers. Misleading Sales Tactics I previously leased a 2015 Maxima from Woodfield Nissan so when we were in the market for a new SUV for my wife, i called in and made a deal over the I previously leased a 2015 Maxima from Woodfield Nissan so when we were in the market for a new SUV for my wife, i called in and made a deal over the phone with a new car sales manager, Jason, for a 2019 Armada Platinum. I confirmed 3 times with him that the deal didn't include rebates I didn't qualify for and that there were no other hidden fees or surprises (like the unit was a loaner) i could expect. He assigned John Haddon as the sales person and John also confirmed the numbers and assured me there were no hidden surprises. So my wife could stay home with our kids, I took an Uber from Huntley to Woodfield Nissan to pick up the Armada. When I arrived and started looking the vehicle over, John Haddon informed me the vehicle had sustained transport damage, had been repaired, and that I would have to sign off on a disclosure form acknowledging the damages & repairs. I told him this was the exact kind of surprise I didn't want, but humored him and took a look at the form, which turned out to be 3-4 pages of detail and several thousand dollars worth of damage. I told him it was unbelievable that after i asked he and Jason multiple times to confirm there were no hidden surprises, they intentionally chose to hide this until I showed up in the dealership. I told him the deal was off and took an Uber back to Huntley. I will never buy or lease from Woodfield Nissan again based on this experience. We have since taken delivery of an identically equipped, new 2019 Armada Platinum from a different Nissan dealer. More

BUYER BEWARE- get EVERYTHING in writing I won’t go as far as to give the place one star because we did get good deals on the THREE vehicles we purchased in 2.5 years here. However, we were offered free oil changes by the general manger during the period in which we were financing the vehicle. It was explained to us that the free oil changes came in booklets of six but, no worries, when we used the first six they’d get us another. Of course by the time six were used, there was a new GM who is fighting us tooth and nail about honoring this. We were told it needed to have been in writing although HAVE IT IN AN EMAIL FROM THE GM. Bottom line, Woodfield Nissan will tell you what you want to hear to sign the papers but is unwilling to live up to their word. Make sure if you are offered anything that it’s written in the actual deal, because Woodfield Nissan is the only place on Earth who doesn’t consider an email to be in writing. dint be naive like we were and think these people are trustworthy. More
