I have found another exceptional service rep in Anthony Lopez. Woodfield has been my one stop shop since Schmuller sold me 2001 RX 300. Took our car in to have a side mirror replaced. For a mere thousand dollars we got our new mirror complete with a broken media system and rear view camera. When we took the car back in they said it wasn mere thousand dollars we got our new mirror complete with a broken media system and rear view camera. When we took the car back in they said it wasn’t their fault. It was just the biggest coincidence in history. A perfectly operational console just coincidentally died immediately after my service visit. They said they would fix it for 4 thousand dollars. Obviously they screwed up and don’t want to pay for it. Not the kind of service you would expect from a Lexus dealer. More
I am very sad to write this review. My family has been loyal customers of this dealership for many years. However, the recent treatment of my elderly parents has really left a negative feeling. Briefly, loyal customers of this dealership for many years. However, the recent treatment of my elderly parents has really left a negative feeling. Briefly, my parents were in an accident a couple of years ago. They brought the car to Woodfield Lexus for repairs. When repairing the vehicle, service accidentally put a pin size hole in the tubing that led to the transmission. Fast forward to March of 2021, my 78 year old mother was driving on the expressway when the transmission died. The car is brought back to Lexus repair. They discover the pin-size hole and say they must have placed it there during the original repair. However, because it went undetected the hole led to a leak which caused the transmission to die. This occurred even tough my parents brought the car to Woodfield Lexus for all routine maintenance., However, the new transmission was set to cost $7,000 dollars. This is the terrible part. Even though Lexus admitted to causing the problem, they refused to cover any of the cost. My parents wrote letters to the GM of Woodfield Lexus with no response. My parents are 78 and on a fixed income. To me this is outrageous. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. This is not how a dealership should act towards customers. I also wrote to the General Manager, Mr. Bouza, and never received a response. More
The people in Service were extremely helpful in getting me in at the last minute to repair my car and providing a loaner when it took longer than anticipated to repair.
