Yasmin assisted me with the paperwork for the extension. she was a pleasure to work with. both of these young women are an asset to Woodfield Lexus and their customers. I have dealt with different service writers over the years i've owned a Lexus and found all of them to be professional, considerate and a great to work with. I especially appreciate how well they work within the scheduled time given to you for the work being done. If for any reason the work will take longer than expected, you are informed and offered a loaner. I wouldn't take my car anywhere but Woodfield Lexus. More

The smooth-working machine that is Woodfield Lexus service department is a total team effort, but the reason I am loyal is because of trust. My trust in Sean's expertise is why I can recommend this dealership without hesitation. I have taken every suggestion Sean has made over the years in relation to upkeep and preventative maintenance and thanks to him, the team at Woodfield, and Lexus Automotive one vehicle has over 230,000 miles on it and is running fine. My daughter gave up her Beemer to drive the 230,000 SUV last summer because she fell in love with it when I let her use it on a road-trip she took to the West Coast. But also because she feels "secure" when driving it.
