Brought my car for oil change. After it has been serviced I found a hole on the interior panel. Yes, imagine how I felt!! I was really disappointed that nobody said anything and apologized. I understand accidents happen; however I do not appreciate it wasn't pointed out with the assurance that it'll be fixed. It is fixed now, doesn't look like brand new, just okay. My car has less than 5,000 miles, and I purchased it at your dealership. The service consultant, was very rude, unresponsive and never reassured me or apologized. She even ignored calling me and notifying when my car was ready. I had to call myself to find out. I feel that I did not deserve her attitude, after all she is there for the customer and should not be acting like she owns the place and treats people like they are worthless sh..!!! After all it was one of the service's employee mistake. Very dissatisfied!!! More

Concerned about an intermittent noise problem; rt/rear wheel. Started suddenly & vanished on the way to the dealership. Dave and Martin always do a great job as far as being honest with me, and keeping me updated on everything going on with my car. My car literally feels brand new with the new tires on there, it made all the difference. More

He will come pick it up for any problem or service it's due for... leave a loner and then come back with my car completely fixed and looking brand new. Came in to have rear window lightbulb replaced. Was told would be ready in less than an hour. One hour later, Keith Ullberg advises me that I need four lightbulbs replaced to the tune of $237. I app told would be ready in less than an hour. One hour later, Keith Ullberg advises me that I need four lightbulbs replaced to the tune of $237. I approve this. He then tells me I need new brakes for $432 and timing belt replacement. This is the second time I am told by YOUR service department that I need new timing belt. This was replaced a couple years ago at Madison, WI Lexus. As for the brakes, I was told I needed new brakes last summer - I believe again, this was by Keith. I make an appointment for brakes at your dealership. I bring it in last Fall and am told "no, your brakes are still good" - you are fine until at least next time. Over 11 years, I have had ALL my service work performed at Lexus dealers. I cannot believe that you cannot keep my records straight and provide better service. Keith stated I need a new timing belt because "there is no sticker" on the engine. What the heck? Since when does a mechanic judge a service need based on "a sticker" ?? Especially something of this cost magnitude? Keith was rude and not at all friendly. Told me it is my responsibility to "know the car". How was he to know he had to check a National file to see what service I have had. He never apologized. Why was I not given the sheet of paper that shows the statistics on the brakes? I asked the receptionist to make a copy? When I get home, I see that a blank ccopy is attached. What happened to the copy that showed I need new brakes? I will NOT be returning to Lexus of Schaumburg given that a) I have no trust in your service department and b) I was treated very poorly by Keith Ullberg. More
