Since I purchased my car at Woodfield Lexus, I had NO hesitation going to them for service. I didn't have an appointment so I thought I'd have to leave the car or at least be waiting a while. Not so, they took it in, fixed the problem and I was able to continue on my trip. I no longer live in the Chicago Area, but I was a customer of Woodfield Lexus for 11 years. Everything went well just very expensive not warranty part. It's a brand new car and the mirror was only slightly knicked.
