Sometimes you may pay a bit more for service at the dealer as opposed to an independent repair shop, but the peace of mind of knowing that Woodfield stands behind their work is well worth the extra cost. He is friendly, professional, honest, and accommodating. If you don't need something done, he doesn't "PUSH or BULLY" you into it, but explains what could possibly happen and what to watch for. I don't feel pressured to have more done with the car then is affordable for me and yet he is very clear on what needs to be done and the timeline that should be met in order for my car to function the way I expect it to. He also takes care of my husband's car. Recently he was so kind to send someone out quickly to replace the battery in his car as illness prevented him from having his car serviced. It gave my husband peace of mind knowing that he could start his car if necessary. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone having service done at Woodfield Lexus. More

Dead Battery abd Recall When my car would not start, I called Paul. He told me what to do. When I brought my car in the next day it was Red Carpet Service as usual with Pau when i received a new battery. When my car was recalled, Paul had a loaner set, got me in and out quickly. Always with a smile, always explaining what was wrong and how it was corrected. I have known Paul now close to 20 years. He is the BEST. I always call Paul when I have a problem or question. He is so knowledgeable. He can answer questions my salesman can't. I always go to Paul for everything!!! I will continue to do so! There was also a young man who came out for roadside assistance with my bateery. Valman(?). He was the best also. Give the young man a big promotion. Courteous, helpful a great asset to Lexus! More
