Black Friday Service I received excellent service from David Therman. I was in line at the door Friday morning and my car would not start after a jump to start the car Da I received excellent service from David Therman. I was in line at the door Friday morning and my car would not start after a jump to start the car David called me into his office and took care of my service needs, which turned out to be more than just the oil change I came in for but they were all things that I also had on my list to eventually do. The nice thing was they were also included in the Black Friday special. Bottom line I was happy with the service and with David's handling of me. More
Service AFS light was flashing on my 2005 Lexus RC330. I googled the issue so knew it was sensor on rear suspension and it was an expensive part. The way dealer service should be! I dread taking my car to the dealership, as all my recent experience with BMW service in Naperville, and Barrington has necessitated a few return trip I dread taking my car to the dealership, as all my recent experience with BMW service in Naperville, and Barrington has necessitated a few return trips to correct their mistakes. Brake slider covers forgot after brake job, battery cover clips missing after battery replacement, oil change interval not reset after oil change, and most recently, dashboard trim falling off after an airbag recall. Not what I expect from "Factory Trained Technicians". Then there is the service staff at Woodfield Lexus. There is a reason the same people are employed there year after year. They are good at their job, and the Resnick Group only keeps the best of the best around. My service advisor, Mike Evans was the most knowledgeable advisor I have had the pleasure to work with, and was honest, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, and speaking with Mike and Master Technician Darin, my needs and concerns were addressed in the most professional manner. As I waited for my work to be completed, it was also refreshing to hear other advisors dealing with their customers (Tonya) in much the same way, with clear descriptions of the issues discovered, and a non pushy attitude. The respect that all customers received is almost unheard of in this day and age. I would recommend Woodfield Lexus to anyone. Now which Lexus can I replace my BMW with??? More

Great Service I went in for an oil change. We were served from the time we drove into the service bay. I had to give them the vehicle information, since this was t I went in for an oil change. Turns out it was a "free" oil change since the first time we were in for service. They promptly took the car in and got the work done!! I would go back for future work on my vehicle. More
