Outstanding follow through on car maintenance - end to end I love the effectiveness of your process for doing std car maintenance. Emailed me that service was made the call to schedule a date and time, within 30 sec got confirmation. Arrived at the dealership and was greeted by mgr and said it would be 1 hour to complete. Talked to my Salesman, and within an hour got my car back, cleaned and everything updated and check out. Excellent service process, unlike my former auto dealer (Audi of Hoffman Estate) who told me 3 hours for breaks and alignment. I came back to Audi service 5 hours later only, then said it would be an additional 2 hours. Lexus dealership does a much better job taking care of the car and the owners of the vehicles. Attention to detail and communications on what is going on is second to none at Woodfield Lexus. More

She is always thoughtful and concerned about what service is needed. I feel like a valued customer/friend, not just another number rolling in for service. She recommended that I buy the extended warranty when my new car warranty was almost up. I had never purchased an extended warranty on any car previously. It was the best value for the money ever spent. Will certainly do this again with my next Lexus. ( not ready yet, only 120,00+ miles). Also stopped by to say goodbye to George Tomasso and wish him well on his retirement. George sold my LS460 to me. Will miss him. More
