HOWEVER on a friends recommendation to work with Tonya Plutz I decided to return one more time. Tonya is Knowledgeable, Fast Working, Friendly and a joy to work with. She is no nonsense when you are in a hurry to get in and out AND also will take the time to explain things or chat when you do have the time. I cannot say enough good things about my last 2 visits for service (with 2 different vehicles) when working with Tonya. More

After completing the service, Tonya called me and discussed the results of the maintenance work and inspection. No additional repairs were required. I have not had any issues with my car since taking it to Lexus. Woodfield Lexus did not charge me for unnecessary repairs and they have quality service. They also provided me with a nice loaner car. More
