Tonya Plutz in the Service Department has taken exceptionally good care of me over the years and I drive 60 miles each way past other Lexus dealerships because of her making sure my service needs are met. Tonya Plutz took care of me and my car. Took my IS 350 in for an oil change and full detail but unfortunately Tonya told me the timing chain cover gasket was leaking.
