She made sure to explain in detail every piece of paperwork I was signing and I never felt rushed or pressured, even though we were there well after their business hours. From the beginning when we walked in to the end sale, the dealership was friendly, kind and knowledgeable regarding our purchasing of a pre owned vehicle. In addition, it seemed to me the whole team was involved in the purchase, and committed to doing the right thing. In addition, when it came to financing, Ms. Melissa Reilly (who is the Financial Manager) really stood out as she worked extra hard in gathering the best bank rate which helped close the deal. I was very impressed in her candor and willingness to both help and explain to me and my daughter the best things to fit my daughter's financial situation. She was in touch with my daughters questions with relevent real world answers. Also, Melissa has a creative touch in a sometimes tough job of dealing with monotonous car buying paperwork and bank terms/conditions. Ms Reilly is a very impressive and caring person always using her own personal experiences which truly shined through.
