Waste of My Time. Big Bunch of Con Artists Already leased a car and was given the run around because nobody wanted to help with my problem, which mind you they caused. They were more interested in trying to get me to buy a new car. Ultimately when I would not budge on buying a new vehicle they dismissed me and told me to deal with my problem by myself. Even though they caused it and only they could fix it. I have gotten corporate involved and finally it is being solved. Horrible employees and horrible dealership. The owner should be ashamed. Bobby Clark and Woodbury Nissan are the BEST!!! I went to look at a few different Nissans last week with no intention of buying anything as I still had a few other cars I wanted to look at. After meeting with Bobby Clark and test driving a Nissan Sentra I was sold!. He is very friendly and extremely personable and he knew a lot about cars in general. He made me feel very comfortable with the choice I was making. Saturday (07/25/15) I left Woodbury Nissan with a Sentra in EXCELLENT condition. I recommend that everyone buy a Nissan and when you do go ask for Bobby Clark!!! More

Dont waste your time Everything you try to get done there takes forever. You try to make a service appointment, you will be on hold for atleast 15 - 20 minutes then get disconnected and then go through it all over again. I bought a car on Thursday and had to wait until the following Wednesday to get it. Went to go get it and it wasn't done they said come back tomorrow. It was getting detailed. Went to pick it up and it had a flat tire. The dealer put air in it and said I would have to make an appointment to get it looked at. But everyone is friendly. Lol More

Due to my previous experiences at dealerships, I didn't have high expectations walking in. Boy am I glad to say I was wrong! I found a fantastic car within the first 10 minutes of arriving. A beautiful 2014 Nissan Versa. This is the first car I've ever owned myself and the gentleman helping us graciously answered all of my questions throughout the process. Customer Service gets an A++. Felt like family This was my first time going to buy a new car or any car at that. I went in ready to stand my ground, like thought would have needed to from hearing This was my first time going to buy a new car or any car at that. I went in ready to stand my ground, like thought would have needed to from hearing about others car buying experience, but I didn't need too. Bobby Clark was awesome!! He made me feel welcome right away, explained everything to me that I asked about, was polite and patient. He showed me exactly what I wanted and I instantly fell in love with my Rouge. The dealership not only had great sales personal but even the desk guys where great and same with the accounting department, even when it got a little difficult they where able to sort it all out and allow it to work to what my deal was that set up. I couldn't have felt more like a family member with everyone interacted with!! Whenever I need a new car down the road I will defiantly be coming back!! Thank you Bobby for all you did you are the best!! More
