Service Appt for oil change and tire rotation for 5pm. Dropped car off at 3:30pm. Received a call at 5;50pm, stating it was just being brought in for service Appt for oil change and tire rotation for 5pm. Dropped car off at 3:30pm. Received a call at 5;50pm, stating it was just being brought in for service. Given a loaner for the night . Received a call after leaving the dealership telling me the air filter was dirty and needed changed. Refused, car has 17,000. and is driven on highway: nor did my sensor lite come on:( Called in the am, car was completed, but tires were not rotated as asked on the drop off: I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Very disappointed with service, this is not the Nissan of Mr Wright. Sorry to say. Cashier did reduce my price since there was no evidence of tire rotation nor my refusal for filter change. If it is not written it did not happen. More
