So I purchased a Honda Civic 2006 on May 11,2018. Before that, I did pre purchase inspection from the mechanic and he tolde me there's a coolant leak. So I forwarded this issue with the dealer and said as a student I can not put more money to fix it. But to convince me, dealer told me that every mechanics here are for the business and they will tell you anything about the car to make money. Then dealer did some pressure test from his own mechanic(they say that nearby mechanic shop is no associated with them but they are one and same) That guy gave me assurance that there's no coolant leak. So I trusted them , paid the money and left. The very next day I had to travel all the way to Columbus for my internship. I have already informed the dealer about this. During that journey the engine overheated for two times and I had to stop the car in the middle of interstate to cool down the engine. I spent 45 minutes for each hold to cool down the engine. Engine could have blown up if I would have traveled little more. Despite knowing that I had to travel much, dealer sold me the car. Some how I reached Columbus. I have explained everything to the dealer but they are not helping me out. I am not using the car anymore because it is very risky to drive. I wasted 3475$ (plus 365$ which I spent to change the battery, transmission fluid and engine belt) for nothing. As a student I don't know how I will recover them. I strongly not recommend anyone to buy any car from this place unless if you have some extra money. More
Volkswagen Jetta I literally just bought the car 2 days ago and it’s already Broke. I wish I honestly would have read the reviews because me and my parents worked super hard to get the money for the car we just purchased. I bought the car, even though as soon as I walked in, the place had a sense of sketchyness. Everybody acted nice but you could tell they were pressed for business. I am literally in tears right now because it hurts when you work so hard for money and it all goes down the drain because of a dumb uneducated purchase. When I first test drove the car, it had no issues, nothing was displayed on the screen, minor bumps and things on the car, I put down a 300 down payment which I just found out through reading these reviews are NON REFUNDABLE even though on the receipt it says REFUNDABLE. The next day I came to buy the car, the warning signs were there that the car had been tampered or altered but because I already sold it to my parents to buy the car I still went ahead and bought it. The tires were different and needed to be pumped up, when the person who was putting the tags on our car tried to start the car the battery wouldn’t work. When asked what was going on, he sad it didn’t work, so the very first day I had to buy a battery. I get home and the car is driving fine, the next day the car starts jumping and the displays starts showing the engine light ALREADY!!! I took it to the mechanic this morning and BOOM he lets me know that I had been finnessed, the car had a transmission problem. Which basically cost as much as it took to buy the car, which I stupidly bought for 2800 with no warranty. I honestly am so disappointed with myself and even though I am 22 years old, I feel like the sellers at this place prey and young people like me. As soon as I walked in I felt like a token. God was telling me to not buy the car but I bought it anyways. I was even joking with the person I came with that the place probably robs people of their money not knowing I would be their next gullable victim. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A SHAM. ON MOVAHS. This establishment needs to be put out of business because they shouldn’t be allowed to sell fault cars, and the worst thing about it is that the CARFAX made it seem like everything with the car was fine. It passed Virginia inspection even though the tints were way too dark and the car clearly not working, which is how you know whoever passes their inspection isn’t a good person either. I WANT MY MONEY BACK but I know I am at fault for not checking the reviews before I bought the car. They really need to take this listing off Carmax because it is simply a whole sham. I get some people will be out of jobs, but what they are doing at this place is not right. This is by far one of the worst experiences of my life. My parents worked night and day just to get this car and it turns out it’s a whole bust. It’s a SCAM. I was trying to think why 3 people gave this car up with only 118,000 miles but now I know. This place needs to be shut down because there is no way a car can pass inspection on February 14th,2018 and 5 days later the transmission is broke. Carfax wasn’t even able to say that it was a problem with the car. And what’s worse is that the people here rush you to buy a car even though they know their cars are trash. They fill up the showroom with fancy cars just so people will believe the place is legit, just to run people of their money. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I LITERALLY FEEL LIKE DYING RIGHT NOW. More
Not worth it Less that 48 hours and my car needed to be in shop. This was a surprise to me, due to the fact, that when I was speaking to Jose he insured me it was Less that 48 hours and my car needed to be in shop. This was a surprise to me, due to the fact, that when I was speaking to Jose he insured me it was not a "mechanics special" (where it would need work), but be able to make it to Florida (where I had planned on moving). Then tomorrow is the day my tags expire and they supposedly mailed them out but they still have not shown up. When I called Mona answered and she was highly rude, and beyond unprofessional. Had I been her employer she would have been long fired, and that's coming from someone who works in the customer service field. Paula, was helpful and continued to help me, but tags still aren't here, engine light is still on, and it's having so many issues. This car isn't extremely old either, it's a 2013. Paula just called back as I was writing this and told me "manager must have forgotten, the tags were mailed yesterday" , when I had been told they were mailed last week.... More

stay away from lemon yard I visited this place because I was badly looking for a used car and found the posted prices fair enough of the market value. As hasty I was, my experi I visited this place because I was badly looking for a used car and found the posted prices fair enough of the market value. As hasty I was, my experience with this place was terrible. The people who run the place are not there to make a happy business. They are all sniffing after your money. Here is what happened. Even before I made an inspection of the car and made my genuine judgement, a guy came preaching all the good staff about the car and that I must have it right away. He took me to his boss and offered me I can deposit a refundable $300 and make all the research about the car. Since I was not decided and that my money will be refunded, that evening I left the spot with a receipt that clearly mentions REFUNDABLE. I came the next morning and explained I don't want the car because the car has many recent calls and and also because I was not allowed to take the car to a mechanic and get checked. Please understand, it is going to be a blind purchase ( AS IT IS), how stupid can I be to spend $9,000 on a used car with no warranty , guarantee or professional mechanic check? The sales man ( Ismail) and his manager ( Sherif) both a very rude and unprofessional insulted me and they threatened to call a police on me when I asked them to refund my deposit, even though on the receipt they clearly wrote REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Even though I left the dealership very sad I felt happy I didn't throw thousands of dollars buying from this scam artists. I must admit that I learned my lesson a very hard way. This people are professional scams. I regret of visiting this junkyard without reading all the reviews on google. This is the worst place to buy a used car. If you want a used car don't be tricked by their shiny exteriors and below market values as posted on Wood bridge Public Auto Auction. Go to offer-up, car guru, Craigslist or any any trustworthy dealer and take the car to a professional mechanic ( costs you maximum $100 for multi-point inspection) and saves you thousands and gives you mental rest. I happily bought a modest car for fair market value from offer-up. More
stay away stay away a rip-off I bought a 2004 Mitsubishi endeavor on May 28 , 2017 From Woodbridge Auto Auction. When I left the auction I took it to to get an oil change because I bought a 2004 Mitsubishi endeavor on May 28 , 2017 From Woodbridge Auto Auction. When I left the auction I took it to to get an oil change because the old was black. After I got the oil change the car start hesitating. To go it cuts off on me in the middle of traffic I had to restart it and it went. I drove it home the next day I drove it and it wouldn't let me go into gear so I took it to the mechanic on Wednesday. The mechanic told me that the car has a bad transmission and bad computer in the gear shift is messed up in the car. I was very angry and disappointed and that I bought a bad car. I do not know how it pass inspection in Virginia . From the gear shift messed up and the windshield wiper blades was messed up really bad. I want to go clean the car out and I found a rejection sticker under the seat so no way that that car passed inspection. I lost all my money just in the last week. Very angry and disappointed Woodbridge Auto Auction I would not recommend nobody to go there. More

This was the first vehicl My grandson bought a truck Thursday. 3 days later the clutch went out while he was driving it and it had to be towed home. This was the first vehicle he has purchased by himself. He saved to pay cash and now has an inoperable vehicle until he can save to put in a new clutch and I am afraid to guess what other repairs it will need. This seems to be a recurring theme with them based on the reviews that I wish we had read before he went there. And since the junk they sell is As Is buyers have no recourse. They should be ashamed. Flea bag dealership Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Wouldn't even do an oil change . Had to twist their arm to change a tail light so i wouldn't get a ticket. Have Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Wouldn't even do an oil change . Had to twist their arm to change a tail light so i wouldn't get a ticket. Have yet to receive my title to vehicle and temp tags are about to expire. Sales people are rude and don't want to talk to u. AND the quality of the vehicles they sell is horrible. I've done nothing but sink money into the vehicle I've bought. They lied about the vehicle period! Only reason they have one star is i I couldn't give a lower rating. Will never go back or recommend this sleazy dealership. More

YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST BURN YOUR MONEY!!! I purchased a used pickup truck from them. They said that it had passed inspection but come to find out it should have never passed inspection. The I purchased a used pickup truck from them. They said that it had passed inspection but come to find out it should have never passed inspection. The truck died on me block from there because the alternator was bad. They said that it wasn't and they had left a light on which is why it wouldn't start. Many other issues with this truck too many to list. Bottom line is this place is nothing but cheats, liars and frauds who take your money and laugh all the way to the bank. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND PROSECUTED FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING! More
