Unless you are a mechanic steer clear. Many of the vehicles have failed inspection so you need to know what you are doing to get the vehicle road worthy. Many of the vehicles have failed inspection so you need to know what you are doing to get the vehicle road worthy. More
Unless you are a mechanic and are close by their showplace it is tough to buy from them using the online option. They decidedly have you put down a $300. refundable hold payment but have to show up showplace it is tough to buy from them using the online option. They decidedly have you put down a $300. refundable hold payment but have to show up in 3 days "in Person" in order to get the refundable option to apply. I was told over the phone that if I put down the 300 they would answer more detailed questions and provide more pictures so I could decide yea or nea on my bidding price...but in reading the text associated with the deposit...they might take pics and give details but if i didn't show up in person (5 hour drive) the 300 was not refundable. SO...I can see if you were local the deposit thing could work but not being able to get necessary details before bidding it was a good way to lose $300. More

The first car I bought did have some quirks, but it was a cool car for four years. The price was right. I enjoyed it every day for years. Subsequent transactions have been enjoyable and rewarding. It was WPAA that not only reponded well over than phone, despite my slight antsy and arrogant xxx... these guys were the definition of patient, decently knowledge.. helpe dme with a few things that wasn't their problem, gave me a sweet as deal (don't run your mouth.. just talk to them and see what they can do for you) there not dealership guys who run around in suits trying to lie to you.. their real guys who know and loves their cars..and have to unfournately deal with a variety of things.. NOT reading from some pamphlet.. one guy seemed like he slid cars in the past if you know what I mean :-) ... Felt like dealing with a big brother or longtime loving neighbor.. THANKS! guys a whole lot.. and btw my mechanic saw my car and said.. DUUUDe that one is sweet as Sh** .. was that the one I sent you? I purchase a car yesterday. I spent 3200 on a car. Only for it to breakdown. On my way home. On the parkway.I don’t recommend to buy anything unless you test drive it first. It had no noise on the showroom. for it to breakdown. On my way home. On the parkway.I don’t recommend to buy anything unless you test drive it first. It had no noise on the showroom. I Dove it home the low pressure oil light came on. The car shut off in the middle of the road.I almost lost my life. At the time of service I was never offered a service warranty. But on my paperwork it said I declined the warranty. So don’t be in a rush to sign anything paperwork. Ask about the warranty. So now I’m out of 3200. But a lease I’m still here to talk about it. I thank god I didn’t lose my life on the parkway. More
Woodbridge Auto taking advantage of Disabled Veterans I wish I had known the Better Business Bureau had given Woodbridge Auto Auction an "F" rating. Obviously had some issues with consumers in the past. I wish I had known the Better Business Bureau had given Woodbridge Auto Auction an "F" rating. Less than 1 star! BUSINESS IS FICTITIOUS! I was in desperate need of a decent vehicle and I found them online advertising a few subaru foresters so I put a down payment on a 2004 subaru forest I was in desperate need of a decent vehicle and I found them online advertising a few subaru foresters so I put a down payment on a 2004 subaru forester. Since I lived out of state and had no car I had to make arrangements to get the vehicle which was no easy task. When I placed the down payment on the vehicle online they called me to ask which vehicle I had put a down payment on, which should've been the 1st red flag, but I told them which one and let them know I was trying to make arrangements to get the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership it was close to closing time so there was already a sense of urgency to complete the sale. I took the vehicle for a test drive. I immediately realized there were several repairs that needed to be made, and not small ones. Since I have a background in working with cars I walked back in to the dealership and asked what was wrong with the vehicle. At THAT TIME they informed me it failed inspection, when the website clearing states it had a valid inspection, they never mentioned in the 2 different times I spoke with them prior to my test drive. They showed me the inspection and they then said they'd take $800 off the vehicle because of the number of repairs. In light of my desperate need for a vehicle and a limited amount of funds I didn't have much wiggle room to say no. I agreed and quickly regretted it when I took it to a shop in MD to get checked out and they informed me that the subframe was eaten through with rust. That was NEVER listed on the repairs THEIR inspector had listed for why it failed inspection. Had they listed that they wouldn't have been able to sell the vehicle at all but listing it as a suspension repair, the lower control arm, they were able to sell it under false pretenses. Over the next month I tried to get it registered in my name.. They didn't give me the appropriate paperwork and then told me the DMV didn't know what they were talking about and that they had all the proper paperwork included in my initial paperwork. In the mean time 3 weeks after getting the vehicle I'm driving down the highway and my check engine light and cruise control light began constantly flashing. Research says it's because of a huge hole in one of the 3 catalytic converters on the vehicle but it's also now stopped my abs from working so I slide all the time. It continues though... My AT temp light comes on when I'm driving to and from work through the mountains which means there's an issue with the transmission which had the vehicle been properly vetted that would've been discovered. To top it all off they didn't have us sign the bill of sale which shows they didn't even bother to review the paperwork prior to or during the purchase process. Of course in doing my due diligence I have uncovered that the company is listed as a fictitious name in the VA business entity search. The listed owner has been convicted of fraud crimes and the business is a front for a business in Missouri named S & S Service Center and its only licensed in MD to do business not VA. I'm currently working with the attorney General to resolve the issue but their ONLY solution is to bring it back to them so I can LEAVE it so their SAME inspector can inspect the vehicle again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR A VALID AND LEGAL VEHICLE!! I can't register the vehicle, I can't sell the vehicle and now I'm restricted because I can't even legally drive the vehicle. More
