L'll give you specific examples: a broken part needed a replacement. They ordered the part (took 2 weeks). After I left the car to have it fixed, they called and said it wasn't the right part. Two more weeks went by for the right part to arrive. Another incident, they told me I should come to them for some vehicle-related paper-work. We set an appointment. I showed up and the service rep told me that was the wrong information, I should complete the paper-work with Ford itself. In both cases, I pointed out to the manager that they are wasting not only my valuable time, which they get for free, but they damage their own productivity. The manager's facial expression was of contempt and read something like "I wish I could slap you on your face". The waiting areas for the customers looks like one you'd expect in a third world country. I had the pleasure of working with Gillian and her professionalism and helpfulness are second to none. She is so nice and truly knows her job! I just love the parts department. And sales are great too! This is my second Ford Fusion from them...I would never go anywhere else! Thank you Bell Ford! More

He was unsympathetic and basically inferred that we have to live with it until it gets worse. I ,twice emailed the owner, Mark Chuhinko, but received no response. I am a loyal buyer of 5 Fords in the last few years but it doesn't seem to matter. So much for the Ford loyalty slogan! It's, apparently, a one way street. More

Poor customer service I left my car for service and was told that when it was ready, I was going to be called. I received the "your car is ready" call and made my way to B I left my car for service and was told that when it was ready, I was going to be called. I received the "your car is ready" call and made my way to Bell Ford. When I arrived, apparently it was not quite ready, I waited about an hour only to be told that they did not have the parts and that I would have to come back. A couple of days later, I was back at the appointed time and was supposed to be driven to work by the dealer. I waited 45 minutes for that ride. Finally, my car was serviced, or so I thought. About 10 days later, I received a call from Bell Ford that the parts were in and I should come and get my car serviced. Needless to say, I was very confused, and the caller was obviously mistaken. My experience is that the staff at the dealership were uncaring of my wasted' time and lacked the training necessary for customer satisfaction. They gave me a coupon for a free oil & filter change, which I will not be redeeming. More

Gave me every excuse in the book and they wanted more money as usual I picked up my car and left. Never will I ever go back again. No manager was available to speak to. Yeh right! The sales rep Niami everything g that came sour of her mouth was a lie. What service center has your car for almost two days and can,t figure out an obvious problem. Never will I go there again. More
HORRIBLE I wish i could give this place zero stars. I am SO disgusted with the service i have recieved here lately. I first took my car there to check on a noise it was making when i made a right turn and because my clock was going crazy in the car. The first time they kept the car for about 3 days ( way too long ) and i finally got the car back with multiple cars back and forth about how they weren't sure what was wrong. So get the car back and it sounds 20 x worse the sound i heard was even louder as if something was dragging under my car. So i call them back to check it again since obviously they messed something up instead of fixed it. I bring it back and they "forgot" to put a spring in by my gas tank causing the metal to rub against while im driving ( sounds safe right?) so HORRIBLE! so the 2nd time picking the car up and the sound continues.... shocker. .. now they say they don't know what it could be and now the sound is when i make any turn. Final end to this story every time i took the car there it got progressively worse and i wouldn't reccomend anyone to go to that particular bell ford. My car is under warranty still and all but its AWFUL at this point id rather pay money and get it done correctly. Save yourself the aggravation and get work on your car done elsewhere. More

I was given a day of Wednesday morning, I drop my car off at 9am and told it would take all day. I work nights, so I asked if they could call me after 3pm, so I could sleep even if it is done sooner. Come 4pm I call to get a status update on my car. I was told they don't have the part and it wouldn't be in until Friday. I was very upset because I couldve been told this when I made the appointment about the fuel pump or atleast in the morning when I dropped it off. Ford knows of the recall and knows what needs to be replaced, Bell Ford dropped the ball in being prepared and wasted my time. More
