This is the worst repair center ever, they don't even repair your car they stayed with your car, and they called after 5 month to collect a bill that they supposed to call my insurance they didn't submit repair your car they stayed with your car, and they called after 5 month to collect a bill that they supposed to call my insurance they didn't submit the invoice and they called me give this information again, I checked my car air conditioner and still not working, now they said they car has the compressor not working but the heater is working now, the worst of their lies since the heat is working, if the compressor is damage the best will not work, I have this information in writing from the crazy people they didn't even really check the car and charged me 180 i guess for using the same scanner I have at my home, with the same error information from 5 months ago, worst if they send me a shady police officer to my house almost knowing down my window and slamming my door, how much do you pay this guy? He came with a bill not even left a copy and you know this is harassment and is illegal, wrist business practices and service, not worth your time to go to a place with this horrible people, I didn't know people are so desperate for 200 dollars what a shameful crazy company, can't even go to the regular ways because their reputation is on the floor More

After they looked at it they needed to order shift boot and pillar (said 2-3 days for parts). Service calls me in 2 days saying parts are in… bring it in that same Friday to hear that they still didn’t have the parts, so I had to leave and reschedule. 2 weeks later they call with parts are in now.. that Friday go back for install at 830am… to my surprise it’s the next day and still no car!! More
My Car has been in service for OVER 4 months. I had one issue and after I was told it was fixed now after 4 months there’s 3 more issues, when I was told it was going to be fixed this week. They need better technicians or something it’s an inconvenience. I’ve had to contact the service advisor EVERY TIME to get an update they NEVER call you first. Absolutely the worst service department I have ever been to. I am not here to fix their problems, the owners or Ford should visit the service dept to see the mess. Took my truck in for a clunking in rear.... They had it 2 days and couldn’t find problem.... They said it wouldn’t be covered by warranty because I replaced the shocks.... I said ok no problem... what’s wron days and couldn’t find problem.... They said it wouldn’t be covered by warranty because I replaced the shocks.... I said ok no problem... what’s wrong with it.... They said we don’t know....I said we’ll find the problem and we’ll figure if it’s warrantied or not... Oh we don’t have enough mechanics and can’t find the problem.... just plain horrible! Will never return More

I had a service appointment first thing in the morning for a water leak in my truck. 5 days later they serviced it. They charged me over a thousand dollars for the repair, mostly labor cost. Biggest rip off artist around. Cost me a small fortune for them just to turn off the engine light. They never fixed the problem, kept the car for a few days and did absolutely nothing to the car.
