I bought a leftover 2023 Ford Explorer ST on March 16, 2024. The car was a new demo with around 1300 miles from Pennsylvania. I went to the Woodbridge Ford Service Center as i live in Woodbridge, New Jersey, and it was the closest service center to me. I provided all the details about the car and the leak. They claimed they have never seen an oil leak on a car with only 3000 miles. Despite the car having full warranty, they insisted I pay 199 dollars for diagnostics and any repairs if it wasn't a manufacturing defect. They also accused the Pennsylvania dealership of making a mistake with the car and even saying i had something to do with the damage. The staff, which was only one male and female, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They told me they were a "private dealer" so my warranty had meant nothing to them. I expected better service from a large corporation like Ford. When i refused to pay due to the fact that my car is under complete warranty, they refused to even look at the car, took my keys off the hanger and told me to leave immediately. I then contacted the PA dealer, who told me to bring the car back to them. They found that the issue was indeed a manufactering defect, and fixed up my car immediately free of charge. My experience with the Woodbridge dealer was highly dissapointing. They don't care about any sort of warranty you may have, just about getting your money. Their customer service is non-existent at this point. Avoid this place at all cost! More
My car has now been at Woodbridge Ford's service center for 4 weeks and has not been moved from where I parked it. Every time I go to the service center to get a status update they say it will be worked on for 4 weeks and has not been moved from where I parked it. That was a week ago now and the car is still sitting where I parked it and I never received a phone call. More
I went to this dealership service center to get “The works” done to my vehicle. A staff member gave me my paperwork and told me they couldn’t rotate my tires because of my tire pressure. I PAID the bill and then they gave me the WRONG keys. Once I brought this to their attention- I then realized that the information on the multi point inspection paper was inaccurate- it was information to another vehicle. The staff member then told me my vehicle WASNT EVEN DONE yet (this is all AFTER I paid the bill) totally unprofessional! The staff member then came and told my husband and I that nothing was wrong with the tires and we were done. I asked for MY multipoint inspection paper and she gave it to me (I shouldn’t have had to ask for it) and it had another vehicle VIN number on it. She then told me that although the VIN number is incorrect on the paper the information on it is accurate. They DID NOT offer to write up another multi point inspection paper that reflected all my accurate information with MY VIN number & mileage. I keep all my vehicle paperwork so being given inaccurate paperwork is totally unacceptable to me. Paying for a service, then being handed keys to another vehicle, then being told my vehicle wasn’t done and given inaccurate paperwork and information is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was not satisfied with this service at all. Truly unhappy and disappointed with this service. More
One year ago i went in for a recall on my Mustang. They had my car for 2 days, and all they could do was tell me that I “had a recall.” My car also smelled like cigarette smoke and my inside of my tru They had my car for 2 days, and all they could do was tell me that I “had a recall.” My car also smelled like cigarette smoke and my inside of my trunk was in pieces. They said the wiring harness to fix it was on back order. I called up a few times asking for updates and they kept saying that it wasn’t in. Finally, after a year, my trunk stopped opening and my camera fully stopped working. When I called (service center was open) I asked them for help and they told me to “call back tomorrow.” I called another Ford dealer and they were able to help me open my trunk and told me that THE PART WAS NEVER ON BACK ORDER and scheduled me immediately. Woodbridge Ford lied to me about parts availability for a year. My friends have had similar experiences with them. If they lie and can’t even fix the cars they sell, why would I buy from them? (Which is why I ordered my new Mustang GT and my parents ordered a new Bronco from a competent dealer, Dana Ford) More
Service department is horrible and very unprofessional. Recently gone for Service. Early for a oil change since I had a leak near front end. Was told that I needed a radiator as soon as possible. Fine with getting done right away. I was told that it would need to be ordered and a call will follow in about 2 days. Writing this over a week later, no call. Not a place to rely on. Moving on to next dealership. More
ONE month to schedule a appointment for a recall it took a while just to get the service writer to do the paper work to drop off the car. 2 days later the car was done when i asked about the reapair on the a while just to get the service writer to do the paper work to drop off the car. 2 days later the car was done when i asked about the reapair on the door locks I was given miss information he said they changed the R/S door lock when they changed all four. It also took a while for me to sign out the car its not a speedy process like it was when it was Bell Ford. When i got into my car the floor mats were dirty and the inside of the car smelled of grease! I checked the paper work when i got home and seen a complimentay multi point inspection, the only thing that was filled out a report of a scratch on the left rear bumper, it wasnt there before because i just waxed the car before i droppe it off nothing else was filled out on that inspection sheet. 2 days to do the recalls and got my car back with a sratch on it I also noticed at the service center a woman smoking a eletric cigarette blowing smoke all over the place how rude! More

John from service should not be working there he is the type nice but nasty I paid insurance for 10 months because of empty promises John Crooks said he was going to call Steve from their insurance never called me back not a nice thing to do I decided to have car towed and I did everything in my power Not to cry because after I left tow truck someone from the dealership set alarms off on the cars as I went by such an awful thing to do I was a customer too More
This is the worst repair center ever, they don't even repair your car they stayed with your car, and they called after 5 month to collect a bill that they supposed to call my insurance they didn't submit repair your car they stayed with your car, and they called after 5 month to collect a bill that they supposed to call my insurance they didn't submit the invoice and they called me give this information again, I checked my car air conditioner and still not working, now they said they car has the compressor not working but the heater is working now, the worst of their lies since the heat is working, if the compressor is damage the best will not work, I have this information in writing from the crazy people they didn't even really check the car and charged me 180 i guess for using the same scanner I have at my home, with the same error information from 5 months ago, worst if they send me a shady police officer to my house almost knowing down my window and slamming my door, how much do you pay this guy? He came with a bill not even left a copy and you know this is harassment and is illegal, wrist business practices and service, not worth your time to go to a place with this horrible people, I didn't know people are so desperate for 200 dollars what a shameful crazy company, can't even go to the regular ways because their reputation is on the floor More
