I had a problem with my new FORD's drivetrain. It was obviously under warranty. After five seperate LONG visits and attempts to repair the problem, I was left with no recourse, but to find a different d obviously under warranty. SERVICE MANAGER Jimmy Morrison and his crew lied and failed to service the car as mandated by FORD Motor Company. I would NEVER go back to this place no matter what I needed. They can't even put air in the tires correctly!!!! They couldn't even be honest and tell me the bad news that they just were inadequet in their ability. LOMAN FORD in Woodbridge was the same way. They are now closed by FORD and have NO affiliation to FORD because of their lies and stealing. BELL FORD SERVICE is next to go. More people have to step up and complain to FORD MOTOR Company in order fore this place to be closed. YOUR BEST FORD DEALER TO GO TO IS MALOUF FORD in New Brunswick, NJ. They care and don't lie. These BELL idiots can't even do an oil change without screwing it up and then Mr. Morrison smiles as he lies and sells you stuff you don't even need. 32 pounds of pressure is fine for a tire. Don't put it at 10 and tell me that it is factory authorized. They changed my oil and put tansmission fluid in the motor!IT IS A NEW CAR UNDER WARRANTY YOU IDIOTS and LIAR! More

Not only were they patient and courteous, we even brought the car back after signing the paperwork and they had no problem exchanging it the package. Yhe staff at Bell Ford was very corteous and helpful. They were able to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted and I was able to take it home that day.
