I was referred to Roy @ Bell Ford by a co-worker who has purchased from him for many years. I found Roy to be very curteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Craig was very pleasant and patient while I learned over the phone how to transfer funds from my bank for the down payment. When the voice commands and bluetooth systems started malfunctioning, Roy saw to it that the problem was addressed asap. Thank you Michelle, Justin and Jimmy for looking into this issue. Thank you Roy for being there every step of the way. I did have an issue with the loaner car being very dirty and was told there wasn't time to clean it. Since I was running late to get back to work, I had to leave with the dirty loaner car. The car also had a grody odor as well. More

At first I met Frank Flaherty after a service visit and he made it very easy to take a test drive, a for visiting. I am also happy with the welcome. Again he took me for two test drives and frankly it was difficult deciding which car I wanted. But Victor persisted and I appreciated the test drives and their efforts to provide me a car that I wanted with the equipment that was most important a rear view camera. The Service was Excellent.I was treated like a Valued Customer I didn't even have a appointment and that was the first time I was there in Years.I will admit that the last time i was at Bell Ford was abo Customer I didn't even have a appointment and that was the first time I was there in Years.I will admit that the last time i was at Bell Ford was about 4yrs ago and vowed I would never return,but I must say the People that are running the Service Dept now really made me feel different about that. My car was in for a oil & filter change only after the vehicle was finished they explained the inspection to me of what they found my car may need in the near future.Thats more that i can say for my last Ford Dealer that serviced my car.
