Victor Valentin was fantastic. I met him early in September 2012. I was scouting for my son Ryan who was interested in a Ford Mustang, Subaru WRX or a VW GTI. Ryan was busy working and didn't have the time to take each car for a ride , so a neighbor and I visited these dealerships. Ryan soon had the time in early October. When we saw Victor, he remembered my name and that it rained that day and other details. In September I was scouting and not sure which car we wanted, but in October Ford Mustang was #1 on the list. Victor described, all from memory, the different models, options and their price range, helping us to fit a model into our finances. We certainly loved the top of the line model. Unfortunately, he was sold out of Mustangs and we need to return when they acquire more cars. More

Today, my sister and her husband visited Bell Ford to pick up their 2012 Ford Explorer. A sales associate and my brother-in-law struck a deal yesterday. Everything was set - all they had to do was trade- pick up their 2012 Ford Explorer. A sales associate and my brother-in-law struck a deal yesterday. Everything was set - all they had to do was trade-in their old Mustang, pay, and drive home their new car. It sounds simple but it wasn't. The manager, in short, is a greedy xxxxxxx. He epitomizes the meaning of sleazy car salesman. My BIL's grandfather worked for Ford and therefore he was eligible for a discount. The manager refused to honor the legitimate discount. When that didn't work, he decreased the agreed-upon trade-in value of their Mustang by $1,300 in order to recoup the money from the discount. Then, he took the offer off the table all together. Wait - I haven't even gotten to the worst part. As they were leaving, he called them TRASH and "go back to Brooklyn." This man is the reason why NJ has the bad rap that it does. Do yourself a favor a patronize a car dealership that will treat you like a human being, not simply dollar signs. The people at Bell Ford are pigs. More
I came in looking for a new Ford Edge. I'm always apprehensive at dealerships because I feel most salesmen see a woman as easy to take advantage of. Olson greeted me right away, asked me about my needs and was really knowledgable about the car. We went for a test drive and he answered all the questions I had. I also told him that I was considering a Chevy and he told me a few things to look out for when comparing cars. What I liked was that he wasn't trying to discourage me from doing that. His advice was spot on because when I drove the other car I was able to determine for myself what I liked and didn't and in the end I came back and chose the Ford. I would definitely buy from him again. More

One of the first places I checked out before I went to All American in Old Bridge Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not very professional at all. The trade in value of my car was quite high, they did not insult me with a low ball offer as most dealers do. the service department is accomodating. Everyone was frendly and not pushy I got the explorer I wanted at a good price and received the trade in price on my trade in that I wanted.
