I was referred to Roy @ Bell Ford by a co-worker who has purchased from him for many years. I found Roy to be very curteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Craig was very pleasant and patient while I learned over the phone how to transfer funds from my bank for the down payment. Again he took me for two test drives and frankly it was difficult deciding which car I wanted. But Victor persisted and I appreciated the test drives and their efforts to provide me a car that I wanted with the equipment that was most important a rear view camera.
