I shopped around Ford dealers and was told my car was unavailable. I went to Bell Ford and met Roy. Roy and Jon who sat in the corner worked all the numbers to my satisfaction. Roy called me the next day and told me my car was on the way and I picked it up the next day. I am extremely happy with my car and glad I held out for the car I truly wanted. Me and my wife were looking to lease a new vehicle. We did not want to put too much money down and also did not want to have big instalments. We went to Bell ford and met up with Roy. As with most of the people, we went to the dealership 3 times before we finalized and got out Ford Fusion eventually and each time Roy was extreemly patient with us. I have been to many dealerships before but i must say that this dealership felt different and very welcoming. Roy made us feel homely and comfortable at all times. Its small things like gestures of patience which roy extended from time to time, taking care of our son that made us feel extreemly comfortable. Roy was great to work with. We live in Belle Harbor, Queens where hurricane Sandy hit and when the time came for us to get a car Roy was recommended from my brother in law.
