Victor Valentin, sales consultant was very helpful. He didn't pressure the sale but rather he just sold the car and that was exactly what I was looking for. When I went into the dealership I made a specific demand that I wanted to order a new vehicle and to do it quickly. They assisted me in ordering my new Explorer and I absolutely love it. I had a Mountaineer that was totaled and as a long time Ford/Mercury owner I had decided to look around this time at other cars from other makers. I'm glad that I looked around before buying, but in the end the new Explorer Limited with the second row bucket seats sold itself and Bell Ford made it even easier. Finally, I've actually never given a public review before. I wouldn't have done it if I didn't feel so strongly about my level of satisfaction. More
