From the test drive to the negotiations, the experience was pleasant and less stressful than the "typical" car buying experience most anticipate. All my questions were answered and my concerns addressed. There was never any pressure or pushiness to purchase things I didn't need nor want. There were no "hidden" fees exposed at the end like some dealerships! These guys worked with me to reach a price we were both happy with. I will recommend this dealership. More
Not what I expected. I had no choice but to bring my 2001 F150 to the dealer to repair an engine code that I had been chasing for several months. What I had hoped was that I had no choice but to bring my 2001 F150 to the dealer to repair an engine code that I had been chasing for several months. What I had hoped was that they would be able to find something that I hadn't been able to find since they have very good diagnostic equipment. What happened was I was charged $100 for the diagnosis, which I already knew, and then $55.95 for a part that I had just replaced and checked 4 days ago. The rubber elbow that attaches to the top of the PCV valve costs roughly $10 at any auto parts store was sold to me and installed for a "reduced price because the mechanic had one that was still in good shape" for the bargain total cost of $120.95 installed ! Oh, don't forget the $28.05 for supplies and materials it took to swap my old "dry rotted, cracked and collapsed" out and throw it in the trash. I didn't mention to Daniel (guy who took my money) that I have been a mechanic for 25 years and an aircraft mechanic for 15. When I replaced my PCV valve this weekend I flushed the line and suction checked the rubber elbow ends at both ends of the line. The only good part is that I only have to spend another $200 before my truck qualifies for a 1 year waiver for registration. So I've got that going for me ! :-) The correct diagnostic tools are nice to have but it isn't right to grossly overcharge for misleading people into believing that they will be treated fairly because they are bringing their Ford equipment to the dealer. These guys are crooks ! Be careful ! More

He recommended me to see Jorge Moreno. Jorge was a very professional, courteous and friendly sales person and never pushy as some I have encountered. After a few minutes of shopping around in their lot, I saw a beautiful pearl white Ford Escape Titanium with black leather interior and many features, but never in my wildest dream I thought I would be able to afford it. Jorge worked with me and presented a price I couldn't refuse. The process was smooth and Jorge explained how all the gadgets worked in my new suv. I am greatly satisfied with my Ford Escape and the service that Jorge gave me. I will definitely recommend Jorge Moreno to all my friends and family. Thank you Bell ford and especially to Jorge for his excellent customer service!!!! More
