I had a hard budget and she got me into a car with more features than originally discussed. Basically she got me more car for what I was willing to spend. She and the finance dept worked on the deal to get financing approved within a day. Very easy to work with Denise and nothing better than getting to a quick agreement with no pressure and clear understanding of what they can do and what I could afford. More

Jorge, our sales associate, and Paul, th This is our first time leasing a car. From the moment we arrived at Bell Ford, we had a wonderful experience. Jorge, our sales associate, and Paul, the finance manager, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and they gave us a great deal. They made it clear that this is a family-run establishment and that they're looking to earn our business not just for this car, but for all our future cars. This is not the case everywhere. We started out at Dana Ford in Staten Island and were unimpressed with their service and knowledge about the cars on the lot. Also, my father had leased his car from Dana and had a pretty bad experience with them. Bell Ford definitely earned our business. After we decided on the Focus, Jorge helped us set everything up on the car, and then he even took time out of his night to help my father, answering questions about his Ford Escape and helping him set up his Sync features. Great experience. We will absolutely bring our business to Bell Ford in the future. More

Like dealing with family I have always be intimidated by car dealerships, but my experience at bell ford was a pleasure. Denise set me up with a couple of nice options online I have always be intimidated by car dealerships, but my experience at bell ford was a pleasure. Denise set me up with a couple of nice options online and found he escape I was looking for. When I came into the dealership David took over and I drove out of there with my new escape. I stopped in a few days later and finished up my lease paperwork with Paul, very easy and pleasant experience. I would send anyone to Bell ford. I live on Staten Island and it is a hop and jump to the dealership. I am having my existing ford services there as well. More

Not prepared for recall work I made an appointment on a monday for recall work on the fuel pump being replaced on my vehicle. I was given a day of Wednesday morning, I drop my ca I made an appointment on a monday for recall work on the fuel pump being replaced on my vehicle. I was given a day of Wednesday morning, I drop my car off at 9am and told it would take all day. I work nights, so I asked if they could call me after 3pm, so I could sleep even if it is done sooner. Come 4pm I call to get a status update on my car. I was told they don't have the part and it wouldn't be in until Friday. I was very upset because I couldve been told this when I made the appointment about the fuel pump or atleast in the morning when I dropped it off. Ford knows of the recall and knows what needs to be replaced, Bell Ford dropped the ball in being prepared and wasted my time. More
